Arriving at Reception to a warm welcome from Design, Smile and the team on the front desk made me feel like I was coming home.
On reaching my Elite Room overlooking the main pool, it was a lovely surprise to see it decorated with photos of my prior stays. Thoughtful touches like this highlight the Thai charm I love so much. A big thanks to Khun Oon and her team.
After settling in it was a delight to reunite with my dear and special friends at Burasari, Pam and Nuna. These two always go out of their way to make me feel so well looked after. Their efforts are supported by Su, Aod, Gift, Fern, Chef Emily, Pee and Ti at Kantok, Dek, Kob, Maan and Wit at Misty Bar, and housekeepers Lek and Little.
Burasari is truly a hidden oasis in busy Patong, and I can’t to return next year.

The experience was amazing, very beautiful resort, brilliant location in patong. The service was excellent specially the bill boy Auto-Emmy who helps us a lot during our stay in the hotel he recommended us on beautiful places to visit in phuket he’s very kind person. We want to thank all the staff of the hotel they did our stay more convenient.
This is my 2nd time staying at burasari and again it did not dissapoint. It's a beautiful place to stay and relax, it's within walking distance to everything and the food is incredible! I will say even with everything being so amazing my favourite part about it all is the staff, they are so welcoming, friendly and fun and it was a blessing seeing them everyday. I would like to say a massive thankyou to Tata, Deaw, Emmy, Auto, (my twin) Lisa😊 and Maan for making my stay extra special, I will miss you all the most!
We had a wonderful stay at Burasari, and what made the experience truly special was the warm and attentive service from the staff. Everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. This afternoon, Mr. DJ from Customer Relations, together with Aoy, a F&B staff, personally delivered our complimentary Pad Thai and afternoon tea for us to enjoy. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel truly appreciated as guests. It’s these small personal touches that make a stay so memorable. Thank you to the entire Burasari team for making our holiday such a relaxing, pleasant, and enjoyable experience. ❤️ We would definitely be happy to return!
