A beautiful hotel—I have no complaints at all, and the staff is truly very friendly. Kimmy, in particular, was a huge help in explaining everything about the hotel. I highly recommend it.
Great hotel and super friendly staff. Food very good, location a bit remote but the shuttle into town helps. Lots of steps and a confusing hotel layout. Beautiful pools, good gym and some fitness classes which were fun, two lovely beaches in walking distance but very steep paths to get to them. I’d recommend this hotel for couples.

The housekeep, Oil, has cleaned my room so well every time! She takes her time and always takes items I accidentally leave out and put it in a safe place. I trust her 100% and appreciate everything her and the team has done for my friends and I!

Pros Beautiful grounds and room Excellent staff and greeting upon arrival Very relaxing pool bars in each pool No issue getting sunbeds (though it was low season, so also a great rate) Good gym Great spa While not really walking distance from anything, Pa Tong is a 5 minute taxi ride and they are very easy and quick to get using an app
Cons Lots of steps and tiered levels so not for elderly/infirm even though you can call buggies if you need to
Tips Great base/haven to explore. As mentioned there isn’t much within walking distance except for a shop and Freedom Beach but taxis are so easy. I visited Pa Tong once and it was enough for me! I didn’t eat at the hotel except for breakfast which was good. I was there 3 days and I honestly didn’t notice a single mosquito - I was worried given the time of year that I would be plagued.
