A short stroll from Patong Beach on a secluded and lush beachfront headland, the luxurious Amari Phuket offers direct beach access and spectacular views of the Andaman Sea. The sprawling hillside resort offers three outdoor pools, Breeze Spa, two restaurants, two bars and a series of private lookouts ideal for intimate gatherings and meals with that special someone.
Located near all the convenience and buzz of Patong, the tranquil resort is a short walk from Jungceylon Mall. Complimentary shuttle service to nearby Kata Beach is offered. Phuket International Airport is a 55-minute drive away.
Accommodations are offered in two distinct settings. The Superior and Deluxe Wings are closer to the coast with rooms and suites that are a short hop from the lobby, restaurants and facilities. The newer Ocean Wing offers an elevated experience with larger residence-style one and two bedroom suites perched on the hillside and exclusive access to a hilltop Clubhouse with its dedicated full-service lounge, pool, terrace and fitness centre.
Breeze Spa features a wide range of treatments which can be enjoyed from breezy, sea-facing pavilions. The resort also offers a fitness centre, scuba-diving centre, kids' club and a Voyager Lounge, a perfect relaxation spot for those arriving early or waiting for a late flight.
La Gritta focuses on Italian specialties such as gourmet pizzas, fresh pasta, delectable desserts along with an extensive wine list. Seaside international dining is available at Rim Talay. Drinks and quick bites are served at both the Rim Talay Pool Bar, Samutr Bars and The Jetty.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 3 outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this resort include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge). Guests can catch a ride to nearby destinations on the complimentary local area shuttle.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Wonderfully positioned on the western side of Patong Bay with well equipped rooms. It’s well kept, clean and relatively quiet but I would stress to anyone with kids under 6 or adults over 60, or anyone who is not of decent physical capability, there are better options around. Amari do offer a shuttle service to bus you around the resort but please be aware it’s not a case of clicking your fingers and someone appears to act on your whim (though some guests seemed to think it was). Be prepared to wait up to 15-20 minutes during busy times (meals, arrivals and departures, etc) to get around unless you’re willing to hike the short, but steep and often hot walk. The staff are the feature of this resort. When they’re not getting abused by rude guests, Den, Wot and the men and women who make up the team are there to help with anything you need.
Amari Phuket fulfilled my wonderful holiday. I enjoyed 3 nights stay in One Bedroom Suite Ocean view - the good choice for the perfect stay, good bedding, nice view. Don’t miss Club Pakarang - the club lounge in the hill top, I have the ari service from Nan, Sao - the passionated staff and the rest of the team is also nice. Spending sunset time with sparkling wine at Samutr Bar in the lobby area. Amari Phuket completely fulfilled my wonderful holiday.

We fell in love with Coral lounge at Amari, Phuket on our first breakfast visit. The menu is apt and healthy.
Also, you get served at the table and it relieves you from early morning stress of exploring food options. You just eat and step out happily with filled hearts.
Special thanks to staff member Miki for her incredible services. She always greets with a lovely smile and gives importance to detailing.
We would like to thank the entire staff_ Sara,Guy and Yan(If I am spelling the name right) for their warm hospitality. Everyone is cordial and ready to help. Also, rest of the staff at the lounge.

Our stay could not have been better. The location was great with amazing views of the bay and Patong Beach. We were close to the action, yet away from the noise. Our suite was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The restaurants had great food and the happy hour at Club Parang was a great way to watch sunset while enjoying complimentary cocktails and hot and cold food. The best part of our stay though, had to be the staff. They were attentive to all our needs and responsive to any requests. Nook in guest services was especially helpful during our stay. This was a vacation to remember.
It was great experience. Only thing is that the rooms are bit old aesthetic wise. Otherwise we are satisfied
