Amazing vacation
Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the pool, and the attention to every little detail that made our stay so comfortable. This was our first trip to Thailand together, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special and unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket and would love to come back again in the future!
Nice hotel with Forest environment
The Slate Phuket is the recommended forest Sanctuary hotel with Modern Style and fantastic decoration Style. I’m Thai who stay in this Hotel for the first time. Very warm welcome from Staffs is provided in this hotel. the location is near the Airport just only 10 mins and next to the beach just crossing the Road in front of Hotel. the Room is nice and lovely with 3 fantastic swimming pools. I have upgraded from Pearl suite to Private Pool Room as the Promotion they provided to Thai residential program. More over they also provided free Daily Drinks everyday and One time massage and dinner at their Outlet that are valued with money I spent in this staying. It might be some problem a bit about Room provided at the first time but The staffs fix the problems with proper skill and well trained to make the guest feel more comfortable. At the end I would like to Thanks K.Kee and K.Apple the front desk who handle the small matter problem about the room away. I feel really appreciated with the Services and stay. And will come back to stay in this hotel again for sure.

Amazing Hospitality at The Slate
I had a wonderful stay at The Slate and was very impressed with the overall experience.
A special thank you to C/N Faii, who took great care of us from check-in. She was very friendly, professional, and gave excellent recommendations. All of the hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious choices. The restaurant staff were also attentive, friendly, and provided great service.
Our room was very clean and well prepared. Special thanks to Khun Sak for doing such an excellent job keeping the room spotless and comfortable.
The swimming pool area was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff around the pool were always available and provided attentive service whenever needed.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Thank you to everyone at The Slate for your warm hospitality. We truly appreciated all the care and excellent service, and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
Wonderful stay
We loved our stay and returning after all these years was the best decision we made. The experience was wonderful as always - from the start till the end. Loved our room, the pool, Black Ginger where we celebrated a special occasion and also the chilled time at Tin Syndicate. The staff and their thoughtfulness in everything is what makes our stay special, everytime!
