Naiyang Park Resort

We booked a Family Deluxe room for 2 adults and 2 children (Booking CKY3CF9H8G). Upon arrival, the room was only prepared for 3 people (3 beds, 3 towels). After we complained, the staff brought us a 4th towel, which proves they acknowledge we are 4 guests. However, they are demanding an extra 1,500 THB PER NIGHT for the 4th bed! This is unacceptable as our booking clearly states 4 guests. It feels like extortion for families. The staff admits we are 4 people but refuses to provide the bed we already paid for through Stayforlong. Avoid this place if you are traveling as a family.

Tried to email them 3 times as returning guests ,before we arrived for Airport pick up and a specific chalet all ignored !! Rude very dismissive welcome .The front of house reception staff should ALL be replaced . I complained 4 times that the shower was either freezing cold or dangerously hot and although they said someone had looked at it ,had freezing showers for 5nights. totally unacceptable !!! The food at breakfast and the boss bar are very good and the new F&B manager is a great improvement . The service here is very good . The pool is one of the best you will find , but the decaying broken sunbeds and some umbrellas need replacing ; the pool bar and the faded lifejackets hanging around the outside look dreadful. All need sprucing up . The guest experience is not as it should be , and on checking out they did their usual checking of the room and after 20minutes they never bothered to come back and say everything was in order , unbelievable to say the least . I would clear out the Manageress , and front of house staff and replace with some of the waitresses who are much more courteous , welcoming and warm . This establishment has a lot of returning elderly guests and has become very complacent . The owners need to look and see what is out there as modern guests have easy access to a crowded market .

We stayed one night at Naiyang Park Resort before our early morning departure from Phuket International Airport, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise.

Although technically an airport hotel (just 2.5 km from the terminal), it absolutely doesn’t feel like one. The lush green landscaping and the detached bungalow-style rooms give the property a spacious, relaxed resort vibe. You’re surrounded by tropical greenery rather than concrete and traffic noise, which makes it a much nicer final night than your typical transit stay.

The rooms are clean and generously sized. Yes, parts of the resort feel slightly outdated, but everything is well maintained and perfectly comfortable. The swimming pool is good, the pool bar adds a nice touch, and the restaurant is more than adequate for a short stay.

The real highlight is the convenience. Our alarm went off at 5:15 am, taxi pickup at 5:45, and five minutes later we were already inside the international departures hall. It simply doesn’t get easier than that.

All in all, a friendly, green, and comfortable airport stay. Not ultra-modern luxury, but absolutely solid and reliable. We’d happily stay here again before an early flight.
