Our stay at The Nai Harn Phuket was truly outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the room set up was beautifully prepared. The dining experience was a major highlight. The restaurant offers a stunning view that makes both breakfast and dinner unforgettable. The food quality was top-notch with great taste in every dish. What sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They provide instinctive, personalized service and remembered us, as well as our favorite food and drinks. The spa team was also excellent, showing great attitudes and skill. We felt right at home throughout our entire stay. We cannot wait to return
Booked as my wife had a longing to stay at Nai Harn & it fullilled her expectaions fully. Great great beach to spend time on & then spend a couple of happy hours in Rock Salt. If you enjoy meat good chef in Cosmo restauraunt in hotel.
Just came back from a 4 night stay with my family at this oustanding hotel! Everything was amazing from the arrival, to the immaculately kept hotel, divine rooms, outstanding food!! and amazing service from the front office team , kitchen team, F&B team at Cosmo and Rock Salt and housekeeping.All the staff we met were so kind and warm hearted they could not do enough for us. We did not want to leave. I can not remember everyones names I aplogize. The amazing GM Frank Grassman, the Executive Chef Mark Jones, pastry chef Nok, Atom the supervisor in Cosmo and Rock Salt. Jeeb front office manager, Noi the executive housekeeper. Poly reservations. Pui. I cannot recomend the Nai Harn highly enough. Just go and you will understand! Been here multiple times and every time has been amazing, and it keeps getting better each time we are back.
Rooms: Spacious, comfortable bed, large bathroom, clean, large outdoor terrace with stunning ocean view. One of a kind that can hardly be found anywhere else.
Breakfast at Cosmo: wide variety of cuisines and they are all delicious, I particularly like the homemade chicken sausage. As a Thai, their Thai dishes especially curry are spot on.
Service: Top notch, welcoming and attentive.
The beach: this time we stayed during off-season in September, the water was clear, calm, low waves, clean beach and not crowded. It was fantastic.
Dining: we dine at Reflections, Cosmo and Rock salt. All venues had different dining vibes, with great views. But the main point was that food, and most were delicious. They also have a kids menu which our 1.5 years old toddler enjoyed at Cosmo. Recommend the Salmon Rockefeller at Cosmo and fresh sashimi at Reflections. The oysters at Reflections and Rocksalt were fresh and delicious, but the beef tartare at Rocksalt could use a bit more seasoning. Large selection of beverage on all venues which we enjoyed.
Overall a perfect stay and we will be back. Highly recommended.
