Stayed in the Grand Deluxe Room. The buggy service was very fast and reliable.
We took this hotel for the rooms and distance to Yanui and Nai Harn Beach. You can rent bikes to visit cafes and either beach.
It’s very quiet and secluded with plenty of services to avail of. Ask reception when you arrive and they can give you promotions on Spa and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we ordered room service, they served the food on tingkat style and a picnic basket. All the plates and spoons were wrapped properly and hygienically. The food was also pretty good.
Some minor criticism: aircon was a bit noisy but very strong. There are bugs but still manageable. They did not enter our room as long as you don’t open your balcony too long.
The QR code was supposed to be automatic I believe but wasn’t working. However, with the menu, quite easy to order and it arrived fast.
The pool opens quite late in the morning. Would be nice to have it partly open earlier like 8am or so for morning laps but you can enjoy the walk uphill or around the lake / beaches nearby.
Perhaps an additional shuttle to a grocery store like Lotus or 7-11 to help those who wish to shop or train outside.
In fairness, you can request snacks via room service and gym instructors via reception.
I would definitely stay again and don’t mind downgrading the room for a cheaper rate to enjoy the quiet space and vicinity to nature and Rawai
We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet area, staffs are friendly, food is good, cleanliness is good. Rooms are bigger den expected. Overall, good experience and we enjoyed our stay here.

We’ve been here many times and the experience had always been amazing. A great welcoming back from the staff, and we received our requested room 🙏🏻. Keay from the sports center was truly amazing, he got us off our feet to play water volleyball many times ,great energy, high spirits and always up for help . The pool was spot on,wonderful staff service. On the downside,breakfasts used to be exceptional,now breakfast is very lacking, nothing in comparison to our earlier visits, very disappointing. Even the coffee was off ,wrong serving temperature ,way too hot ,and with an aftertaste of limescale I still gave 5 stars in hope 🤩
