We had an enjoyable stay at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa. The resort is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff provided consistently good service. Kids pool is very good.
A special mention goes to Bowy, the Assistant Manager, who took ownership of any issues and got things resolved quickly. Seen and Gas at reception were super nice and helpful, while Ree at the pool looked after us very well. Breakfast restaurant staff were very good and provided friendly and attentive service every morning.
The main areas for improvement are the average internet and the lack of air-conditioned common areas which would be especially welcome in Phuket’s heat and humidity.
Overall, we had a very good experience.

The hotel we stayed at offered a variety of amenities, and the staff demonstrated strong service awareness—almost everyone greeted us warmly and sincerely. Gas is super friendly, he prepared the welcome present for my son on our arrival. Cleaner Leena even folded little elephants for us and kept our room spotless, making our stay extremely comfortable. Entertainer dressed up and played with kids, the vib is so chill. Kids club’s staff are the best! During the rainy season in Thailand, we were fortunate enough to be completely unaffected and enjoyed a pleasant week-long vacation.
