It was a very pleasant experience; the staff was extremely attentive and courteous. All the resort's services were of high quality. It is a peaceful place, perfect for relaxation as well as other activities. Thank you to Pleng, Aon and Rainy for makeing the experience a lot better.

We especially appreciate the team for helping us arrange a birthday room decoration for my mother and sister. I would also like to give special recognition to K’Gas from the Front Office. He took very good care of us from the moment we checked in until check-out. He was helpful, and always made sure everything was going smoothly.
Another special mention for K’Yo from Recreation, who took great care of me during the yoga class. He was very friendly, professional and made the experience enjoyable.
We would also like to thank Koi from the breakfast restaurant and K’R and the pool team for their wonderful service. They took great care of us around the pool area, including arranging the sunbeds and offering us water when we came to sit and relax by the pool, even though we did not actually use the pool. This level of attentiveness really impressed us.
There were also many other team members whose names we may not have mentioned, but each of them contributed to making our stay comfortable and special.
