Our family had a good time at the hotel! Especially at the pool and the beach, the stuff named R, Sun and Toffy were very friendly and kind. I also loved its breakfast besides the pond. Our room was also clean and nice. Thank you very much for everything during our stay!

A special thank you to the Pool Team—R, Toffy, and Sun—for taking such great care of us every day. Their warm smiles, friendliness, and attention to detail made our time by the pool truly relaxing and enjoyable. They always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and valued, and their exceptional hospitality made a lasting impression.
The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, delicious food, and a peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect place to relax, and the outstanding service from the staff made the experience even more memorable.
