Family stay at the hotel
We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa!
The hotel is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and everything was well maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the incredible service.
A very special thank you to R and Sun, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Their service was exceptional — always friendly, attentive, professional and genuinely caring. They made us feel welcomed and looked after from the moment we arrived until we left.
It’s rare to come across people who make such a memorable difference to a hotel experience, and R and Sun definitely did that for us.
We traveled as a family and had a wonderful time. We would happily come back to Renaissance Phuket and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful resort with truly outstanding hospitality.

Coming back!
We enjoyed our stay very much! It was great for the whole family. The location and rooms and very nice but what makes it really special is the kindness of the staff… from reception, restaurants to housekeeping and of course the guys working at the pool (R, Aod, Sun and Toffy)! Breakfast is superb and definitely worth the money! The atmosphere is relaxed but if you need something, you will get it right away.
Beyond service
R at the poolside went beyond service - my crocs picked up fuel-grease from the beach! He worked with me to de-grease it (job took 1/2 bott thinner!); his colleagues are just as caring.

Location is far from the busy area and central of pucket The atmosphere is very good Room are excellent Value is very good Cleanliness perfect There is no noise we relaxed Service perfect And the amenities excellent as well
Amazing hotel experience!
The location of the resort is amazing. Very close to the airport but also far enough to have a good relax. The atmosphere is fantastic and very family friendly. Rooms are perfectly designed for families and couples. Value for money is one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed before. But more importantly the staff of the hotel is just amazing! They all meek you feel at home. Since the checking process with Pitchy we knew we have arrived to the perfect place. It was a wonderful vacation!
