Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This was our first visit and we’re really glad we chose this resort. We stayed for two nights as a couple and wanted a quiet, relaxing time, which we definitely got.
We know the hotel is currently under renovation, with around half of the rooms closed, but this didn’t affect our stay. Even with many families around, the resort still has a nice balance for different types of guests.
The highlight for us was definitely JW breakfast . The service was excellent from the hostess to the management team , this is at the another level, everyone was friendly, attentive and recognize guests personally, even during a very busy breakfast.
A special mention to AB or Abi — very polite, well spoken and always smiling. He brought such a positive energy to the tables of us and all the other guests . Also Gaga, Lada and the rest of the team (sorry if we got the names wrong!) — your smiles and welcoming nature really made our morning
As restaurant owners ourselves, we really can see the difference of teamwork and service at breakfast
We also enjoyed Siam Deli, although we didn’t have enough time to try the other outlets.
The mattress at room is comfortable for us , although the room is slightly in maintenance as well as the floor , which later we learn will get renovated next year And point that we would like to mentioned is the restaurant can get too cold both Siam deli and breakfast
We hope to come back after the renovation and enjoy the resort again!
We had an outstanding stay at JW Marriott Phuket. The resort sits on tranquil Mai Khao Beach and offers wonderful facilities, including multiple pools, a fantastic spa, and well-maintained tennis courts. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very cozy.
What truly set our experience apart was the top-notch hospitality. The entire team went above and beyond from check-in to check-out to make our family feel right at home. All staff we encountered were always smiling, helpful and warm
The dining was consistently great across the board. The daily breakfast spread was excellent, and our meals at both M Beach Club and Andaman Grill stood out for their fantastic atmosphere and high-quality service.
Thank you to everyone for looking after us so well - we can't wait to return on our next trip to Phuket!

Our stay at the JW Marriott was exceptional. Service was impeccable. Our room opened to a private pool with a gorgeous garden view. The gym amenities were world class leading. I had a chance to have tennis hit with an instructor Leem which more than met my needs whilst on holiday. A big thank you from our family for a wonderful experience.
We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Marriott Phuket Beach Club, The resort was beautiful, Comfortable and very relaxing. but what really made our stay special was the warm and helpful service from the staff . A special thank you to Oy Penprapa, who were extremely helpful during our stay.They assisted us with arranging a rental car and making doctor’s appointment, and were always friendly,patient and willing to help.
