Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
While the resort was partially built under renovation it was still amazing. The staff was so kind and welcoming; making sure we knew how to get around the resort to avoid the renovations. One of the BEST parts was working with Bibi at the TUI Tour desk. She set out family up on a Catamaran tour that included Beyond Skywalk,James Bond Island, kayaking in the bays and through caves, the Ice Cream caves to see the stalagmites and stalagtites, swimming and beaching. It was an all day adventure, that was well worth the time and money. Thank you Bibi for helping out family enjoy the beauty that is Thailand.
This is the second time I visited this resort. I will certainly visit again, especially meeting the gorgeous Oy concierge. She was very helpful and kindly arranging transportation for us and make sure our safety through out the trip. Thank you sweet Oy!
We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional and made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.

We’ve been coming here annually for many years and we are never tired of the property even though the property does look tired. Hardware (physical property) aside, we feel comforted that the software (staff and service) remains top notch. Specifically, we want to specifically acknowledge Leem and Kla for their professionalism and excellent classes. Please do all you can to look after your top assets.
One of the best properties that we have stayed in until now.. we were here for our son’s 11th birthday.. the way the room was decorated for him with his fav ironman theme and all the hand made notes and cards made with so much effort, the yummy cake , he loved it all.. All thanks to Dmitry from the Guest Relations Team for doing all this and making his day special.. and then came the treasure hunt which was again setup by Dmitry, he took my son around with him while he looked for the clues all over the properties.. was fun, and he loved the goodies that were given to him in the end.. the beach, the pool, the food , overall the entire property is amazing..
