Laguna Holiday Club Phuket Resort

We like the room spacious layout, quie, relaxing environment and free bus and boat shuttle services around Laguna area. Some rooms already changed new mattresses -Sealy Posturepedic model and great support for my back - slept like a baby ! The staff were wonderful and had a willing spirit to serve - excellent services.

Very quiet location overlooking the golf course. Away from the hustle and bustle so may not suit everyone. We had a relaxing week enjoying the facilities. The little ferry boat ride allowed us to see what other accommodation options were in the area. We used the shuttles only once to go to the main entrance when we went to Boat Avenue night market. The rooms are very spacious with a lounge area and kitchen facilities (which we didn’t use). Breakfast was of a reasonable standard with enough choice though the poached eggs were not warm enough. The swimming pool was a good temperature and finding a lounger was usually easy. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any requests.

I recently stayed at Homm Suite Laguna for the first time, and I was truly impressed by the experience. From the excellent service to the warm and welcoming atmosphere, it genuinely felt like a home away from home.

I was warmly welcomed by Jeff and Amp, who greeted me and took the time to chat with me every day. They always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay feel very personal and comfortable.

Inside the room, I received a lovely little surprise from Sao, one of the housekeeping team members. She arranged the dolls in such a cute and creative way—it was such a sweet touch and really made me smile!

During my three-day stay, I also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, the quality of the meat was excellent, and everything we tried was very enjoyable. Nan and Toon also recommended some cocktails to us, and I was very impressed. They were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying Let Be Gin, their signature cocktail. It pairs wonderfully with almost any dish.

Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and great-quality coffee. Poo, Tangmo, and Cherry took wonderful care of us throughout all three days, always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed.

Thank you to the entire team for making my first stay at Homm Suite Laguna such a memorable and enjoyable experience. I truly felt welcomed, cared for, and at home. I would definitely love to come back again!
