Great time in The Yama Hotel Phuket
The hotel is in a strategic location.you just need to take a bike to get to the beaches. The atmosphere was exceptional good, we can see the green of the Forrest and the blue of the sea from the hotel restaurant. The room was clean and smell good. You can request to clean it everyday. We had a great time. The staff even help me to surprise my friend's birthday. They are so helpful. Phi Pui, Meen, Tip, Tan, and Wan were so friendly and kind to us.
Great start to our Thailand trip.
The Yama hotel is fantastic as an active family the location didn’t bother us. It is a 25 min walk into town on a busy strip but we didn’t mind. They do have their own free shuttle that takes in and back on set times and a grab or bolt taxi will cost you about 120 baht. They also have scooters to rent if you’re interested. The rooms are clean and a really good size, we got a king sea view room And it was just what we needed. Buffet breakfast was good with an egg station for all your egg needs. And the pool bar has 2 different times for happy hour with buy one and get one free cocktail/mocktail.
The staff are super friendly and will help with any of your needs.
Staff Kae - peach were fantastic and honestly always happy to answer any questions and super nice they remembered us everytime we came down to the pool.

This place is amazing! The location is great and the staff was so friendly especially Boy, Spy Tong, and Ood.
The view from our room was beautiful. The pools and the room was clean. They even decorated the bed since we were here for our honeymoon. They also offer a rental bike service.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back!

Superb, serenity and happiness
My family and I came visit The Yama Hotel for more than 3times. It’s good for family and friends who really want to relax or stay for vacations. Room is spacious, breakfast is so delicious. It is really worth the price for our staying. Staffs are very helpful with good service mind. We are all enjoy staying here. The Yama Hotel is another heavenly place we recommend for whoever visit Phuket
