Unhelpful
Arrived at 10-15 to be told room not ready till 2 o’clock , we asked could we have breakfast and was told there will be an extra charge as our day don’t start till 2 oclock, after a 18 hr flight the last thing we wanted was to wait for the room as we wasn’t told before hand , we got into our room had a shower left my partner sleeping , left the key I. The holder on my return asked for another key and was told come tomorrow as there is none left , on explaining I need to get into my room but don’t want to wake my partner up was told a hotel representative would meet me outside to let me in upon my arrival she’s is them banging on the door to wake my partner up to let me in We stayed last year and it was a pleasure this year staff not very helpful, so here’s to the next 5 day before we got yo Krabi. , hope it gets better

I enjoyed every day here. The place has magnificent atmosphere feels like magic. Book corner is so cozy and amazing. Pui's smoothies are delicious and refreshing, she is very kind, polite and helpful✨
You should come here, this place will help you to forget about your problems and see life from the different angle

Perfect location. It’s not Busy street and a lot of facilities. Nearby beach and ecerytging is clean
Our Palmery Resort Experience
Good location, the resort is quite close to kata beach and kata night market, about 15 min walking.
Atmosphere was quite busy and sometimes staff were slow to respond. However, they were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were spacious, clean and we had a nice view of the pool. However, our issue was the bed condition. The mattress was old and worn and the springs could be felt. This made the bed incredibly uncomfortable and difficult to sleep in. Manager Nee was extremely helpful by trying to find solutions. We appreciated it.
Breakfast was excellent. The food was covered from flies and fresh. Also the staff replenished the food regularly and there was a great variety of options for everyone.
