Very friendly and very good service
I had a great stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Miw for her excellent service and kindness. She was very helpful, professional and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Phuket! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was great, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel had a relaxing atmosphere.
A special thank you to Thandar at the reception. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Her professionalism and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
We truly appreciated the excellent service from the whole team and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!
Pleasant from start to finish
Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and daughter in the family room - which was quite big and had an even bigger balcony! The breakfast was quite nice and pleasantly quiet no matter what time we went. The shower pressure and temperature were great and check in staff very nice. Pool temperature was warm too. Honestly i have no complaints about the hotel itself - slight negative is that its a 8-10 minute walk to beach rather than on the beach itself but that is a small price to pay for a very nice experience. Its not luxury or glitzy - but just gives you everything you need.
