The resort was a lot of fun for my 3 kids. « Aud » took care of us every morning at breakfast and made it a great experience for us!!

Kid friendly place 😊
The staff in each department were very attentive from our meeting rooms (Mr.Oh), bathrooms, meals, drinks at the bar (Bea and staff), housekeeping, dining room (Auld), front desk and escorts to our rooms. The excellent service made it easier to relax, have fun and conduct our business (class for children). The water slides are fun and the overall look/theme of the place is amazing. Food was great!! The managers and coordinators (Pum) were accommodating and kind. Kindness will always be remembered and your efforts were appreciated. Thank you!
Friendly & helpful service
I came for a conference and had a wonderful time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also appreciate AUD, the manager in the dining area. He is very helpful and friendly!

Family fun in Phuket
We really enjoyed staying at this resort. It caters completely to families, particularly those with children. Not only this resort have great swimming facilities, but it has a well tended air-conditioned play area for the younger kids. I think the highlight of the resort is the staff. We were treated as family. Khun Aud, Khun Oh and Khun Cindy were fantastic but so were the many other people that made our week a success. We highly recommend this resort.
