The location is great the atmosphere is fantastic the staff are friendly, the resort is clean and the restaurant manager Aud was so helpful, polite and friendly. We lived our time here

Resort exceeded expectations. Perfect location, it was at the best end of the bay. Kids loved the waterslides, they were fast and lifeguards did a great job of ensuring safety. Ignore the reviews that state the tiles are slippery (don't run and you won't slip). Breakfast had wide variety. Most guests are Chinese which is not a negative like people state in previous reviews (most are busy on their phones so pool isn't busy!). Would recommend the resort to other families.
Great hotel, good location, kid friendly, nice central water park, though buffet breakfast was disappointing. Boring selections for breakfast.
The staff at the resort were all friendly and helpful. They made sure our stay was fun and memorable. Aud, the restaurant manager took the time to get to know my family and made conversation with us each morning. I highly recommend this resort.
