I ended up here for the last few days of my hotel as I was deeply disappointed with the hotel down the road.
Amazing hotel Clean, staff are very friendly. Breakfast lovely and lots of choice. Opposite a walking food market, 7 eleven, shops and restaurants all opposite. Loads of massage places to choose from.
Perfect for kids , they have a pool with a slide.
They have access to the beach which is 6 min walk
The rooms are on the small side. I shared with my 9 and 12 year old. But its manageable. The cleaning staff are very good. Attentive. Nothing is a problem at this holiday and they will do anything they can to help.
I think best place to stay in kata with kids.
A lot of places I have been visiting but nothing compared to OZO phuket.

We had a wonderful stay here with our family! Itβs a great hotel for families with kids. The water park was so much fun, and the beach is also nearby. What we loved most was how friendly and caring all the staff were with the children. Our room was comfortable and perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to other families!
I stayed at OZO Phuket for a week, and I absolutely loved the activities here! K. Tiw, K. Chart, and K. Nai are superb! They are the best poolside staff members. I especially enjoyed the Yoga Class, Aqua Dance and Thai Boxing activities led by them. They are so energetic and friendly, and they made the activities really fun!
I also really appreciated how they always remembered me whenever I came to get a pool towel. Such great service and attention to detail! The other staffs are also nice, friendly and helpful. All of them truly made my stay more enjoyable and memorable π«°π»
