We had an amazing stay at METADEE CONCEPT HOTEL! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing vacation.

A special thank you to AE, TAN, PETCH, and AUNTO for their outstanding hospitality. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel has stunning views, a beautiful pool area, and excellent facilities. Every detail was carefully taken care of, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

We highly recommend METADEE CONCEPT HOTEL to anyone visiting Phuket. Thank you again to AE, TAN, PETCH, and AUNTO for making our holiday unforgettable. We look forward to coming back!

This is our third time here! 🤗 Our vacation exceeded our expectations! The service, food, and atmosphere were top-notch. Special thanks to the staff: Ben was incredibly attentive and resolved all issues promptly. Bowie is the true energy of the hotel, always with a smile and warmth. 🫶Guys, you make this place perfect! 🫶We will definitely be back. 10/10.

Lovely hotel with great service

Great service. Very nice, lovely family and couples hotel. Great experience with very helpful and Great staff. The lobby staff Palmy, Natcha, Ben, Akira were very nice and always happy. Nothing was impossible to solve.

The hotel is simply superb! I want to thank the staff, Wi, BEN, Bowui, and everyone else, they are so great!!! The attitude towards guests is simply wonderful!!! We stayed for a couple of weeks, but decided to stay here for another week, we really didn't want to leave! The grounds are huge, the breakfasts are wonderful!!! I highly recommend it!! The two wonderful restaurants! We will definitely come again!!
