I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and overall, my experience was pleasant. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The room provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
What I appreciated the most was the hospitality of the staff specially Daisy and Irish. They were friendly, welcoming, approachable, and always willing to assist whenever I had questions or concerns. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
The hotel’s facilities and services also contributed to a positive experience. Overall, I would say that the hotel provides good accommodation and excellent hospitality. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
Note: We left alcohol drinks and dress for Daisy and Irish and left a note in it. I hope they get that also. We thanked them for letting us experience life in phuket.
The location is very close to the sea, and the room attendants were very attentive throughout our stay. During breakfast, Irish, the GRO, was always very helpful and insightful, giving us great tips on places to visit and things to do.
We requested a room on a high floor, and the view was magnificent! The only downside was that we had to climb some stairs and take three different lifts before reaching our room.
At the pool, Nott, who assisted us at the bar, was very friendly and accommodating to our preferences. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really appreciated the warm and helpful service from the team.
The breakfast is really good they have the noodles and fresh fruits. beautiful view
