This resort is located on a beautiful hillside south of Kata Beach, just 20 minutes' walk from the famous Patong Beach and close to other scenic spots on the hill. The centre of Phuket is a 30-minute drive away. The airport is 50 minutes away. This beach hotel is very spacious and offers a beautiful view over Kata beach and the Andaman Sea. The resort's lush garden provides an especially relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a total of 144 rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a restaurant and public Internet access. Room and laundry services are also available. Guests may also take advantage of the hotel parking facilities. All the rooms are fully-equipped as standard. Further features include a satellite/cable TV, a minibar and a fridge. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool in the hotel grounds.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities, which include a fitness centre. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge). Getting to nearby attractions is a breeze with the local area shuttle (surcharge) that operates within 100 metres.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Lovely atmosphere and ambience. Exceptional hospitality and a very warm welcome. The breakfast spread was amazing and tasty. The room was very spacious with sea facing. The amenities and pool was amazing and very well maintained.

We stayed at Chanalai Flora Resort in Phuket for 11 days in September, and our experience was truly wonderful.
From the very first day, we received excellent customer service. What made our stay especially memorable was how warmly and genuinely the staff treated us. We quickly felt more like friends than guests — that personal connection started from day one and made the entire experience feel very special.
September in Phuket was extremely hot, so having a comfortable and relaxing room to return to after being outside was incredibly important to us. Our room was a perfect place to relax and recharge after long, hot days exploring Phuket.
The combination of the location, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities makes Chanalai Flora, in our experience, one of the best-value resorts you can find in the Kata Beach area. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is conveniently available, while the location makes it easy to enjoy everything Kata has to offer.
The team was always ready to help us with whatever we needed — whether it was recommendations, assistance, or simply making sure everything was taken care of. Their hospitality made exploring Phuket much easier and more enjoyable.
