The centre of Phuket is a 30-minute drive away. The airport is 50 minutes away. This beach hotel is very spacious and offers a beautiful view over Kata beach and the Andaman Sea. The resort's lush garden provides an especially relaxing atmosphere. The hotel has a total of 144 rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, a restaurant and public Internet access. Five unforgettable weeks at Chanalai Flora Resort, thanks to the most wonderful staff
We spent five wonderful weeks at the Chanalai Flora Resort in Kata, Phuket, and I honestly cannot remember ever staying at a hotel with such genuinely kind, caring, attentive and helpful staff.
The people working there truly felt like family, and it made us genuinely sad to leave. First of all, Solly, who took care of our room and always left us a lovely little surprise or thoughtful touch. Then the wonderful ladies at reception: Tina, Mai, Bambam and Lin, who were always so caring and attentive, especially with our children.
A special mention also goes to Too, Ball and Min Min, the bellboys, who never missed an opportunity to play with the children and were always there to help us whenever we needed anything.
The hotel itself is also in a great location: only about a five-minute walk from Kata Beach and many restaurants. It is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has lovely swimming pools. But above all, it is the people who make this hotel truly special.
The staff at Chanalai Flora Resort are simply unlike anything I have experienced during my travels. It is because of Tina, Mai, Bambam, Solly, Lin, Too, Ball and Min Min that we will definitely return to this hotel.
I sincerely recommend Chanalai Flora Resort to anyone visiting Kata, Phuket. The staff are like a family — truly wonderful people with hearts of gold, who will do everything they can to make your stay unforgettable.
Thank you all for making our five weeks in Phuket so special. We already miss you!

A great experience
The best hotel staff ive ever met
Amazing Hotel and Lovely Staff
During my stay, everything was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had such a lovely atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my time there and felt very welcomed throughout my entire stay.
A special thank you to the lovely staff, especially Mai, Bambi, and Beer. They were incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. They made our stay even more enjoyable and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
Overall, it was a beautiful experience from start to finish. The service, the hotel, and the warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily come back again in the future. ❤️
