A fabulous place to stay
We stayed at the Thavorn for a week in a Deluxe Garden View room which had a lovely view on to the beautifully maintained gardens. Location is great as both left and right out of the hotel has easy access to Karon beach and loads of amenities if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. The hotel food choices were good and varied and the breakfasts too. The Thavorn run a tight ship and nothing asked of them was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and serviced daily with fresh towels and toiletries. Special thanks goes out to Eddie the concierge on reception. From the moment we arrived he greeted us with a smile, offered refreshments and a cool lounge to sit in whilst we waited for the room and get checked in. People like him make your holiday more pleasurable and he is a credit to the hotel. All in all a great holiday
Eddie, May & Ware made our stay extra special
Great hotel, perfect for our family trip. The rooms are clean and well maintained, beds a little firm for my liking but the hotel was only too happy to add an extra topper when we mentioned it. The pool areas are great for families with plenty of loungers for everyone and the gardens are beutiful. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful too. Especially Eddie, his recommendations to get the best experiences in Phuket were on the money. May and Ware couldn’t have made us feel anymore welcome. What a fabulous stay - thank you Thavorn Palm.

May, Eddie and Ware made the stay perfect
Great hotel, perfect for families, we were a group of 11 all the staff are very helpful and attentive especially May, Eddie and Ware, giving advise to the local amenities, taking care of us in the restaurants and by the pool, really made our stay.
Room was really good and comfortable, bed was a little hard to begin with reported via our mid stay review email as wasn't that bad, the hotel was all over it and sorted straight away.
Breakfast was a good assortment of different foods with a mixture of local and western. The local food was really good. Really cannot fault the service would stay here again.

Eddie - Thavorn - Brilliant
Eddie is extremely helpful, he guided us on many adventures, there was a large group - 11 of us from Australia and the UK. Absolutely brilliant service from Eddie,always smiling and willing to help, the rooms were spotless and the maids brilliant. Eddie assisted with the waiting area every day to make sure it was nice and cool, the lounge is very convenient... Will definitely come back

Thavorn Palm: Solid Choice in Phuket
I had a really pleasant stay at the Thavorn Palm Beach Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout—especially Eddie at the lobby, who went out of his way to assist us every day. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pools were fantastic, with plenty of variety to enjoy. We went half-board; the food was tasty, though the selection could have been bigger. Still, it was a solid, enjoyable experience overall. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing Phuket getaway.
