HORRIBLE everything with exception of 1 great employee.
Very disappointing experience.
We stayed almost a week, and unfortunately, we often felt unwelcome and treated like outsiders. We were almost charged for two nights when we only extended our stay by one night. The food and room service were poor, and the service overall was very disappointing.
I also asked a manager to credit my Accor points, but she refused, saying I had asked too late.
The only bright spot was Jazmine, one of the Indonesian hospitality students. She was incredibly kind, professional, respectful, helpful, and always smiling. Thank you, Jazmine, for making our stay a little better!
Sadly, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I would not stay here again.
Thoughtful & Heart‑warming Service — Grateful for Emergency Assistance after Hot‑water Scald
Dear Hotel Management Team,
We are two guests from China staying in Room 4114, checking‑in around 8 p.m. on August 7 and checking‑out at noon on August 10.
This is our first‑ever overseas self‑guided trip to Phuket, Thailand. We previously stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Patong. We booked it expecting Chinese‑speaking support as advertised online, yet there was none, which left us quite disappointed.
We arrived at your resort late in the evening, but were blown away by your wonderful service. We would like to thank Air and Golf for the warm welcome at the entrance. Special thanks go to Kik and Melon at the front desk for patiently walking us through check‑in procedures. We were especially grateful that Miss Kik could communicate with us in Mandarin; it truly made us feel right at home. Unlike our previous hotel, your resort really does have Chinese‑speaking staff as promised online. The resort is quiet at night and we slept soundly.
We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast and excellent service the next morning.
Unfortunately, while showering I failed to notice the hot‑cold tap markers and scalded my thigh with hot‑water. We really appreciate staff members Petch and Lucky, who promptly brought us a first‑aid kit, ice cubes, ice packs and burn ointment. Their assistance was timely and thoughtful.
Travelling abroad on our own for the first time as female travellers and with my injury, we felt rather insecure. However, your hotel far exceeded our expectations. I will whole‑heartedly recommend your resort to my friends and share my positive experience on Chinese travel‑review platforms.

definitely book this hotel again.
4 stars instead of 5 as breakfast gets a bit hectic at times. We are a family of 5 which can be hard to seat as tables mainly consisted of 4s. Staff should ensure that parties of 2 don’t sit at the larger tables.
A place I already miss
A house by the lake. Water sounds and bird songs fill my ears. Warm smiles and a quiet calm make me relax. I had hot stone therapy. The warm stones melt away my tiredness. Khun Sai is a true pro. Soon, my mind and body feel light. It's such a special place—I want to come back again.
