Amazing kids friendly experience
Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Breakfast team was extremely nice remembering our preferences and recommending new stuff for us to try.. We stayed there for a week and every day we were made to feel special. The pool, kids facility, beach access and everything was really nice and kids really enjoyed it.
Beautiful hotel
We stayed as a family of 3 in a premium 2bed villa. The villa was gorgeous and turned out to be 3 bedrooms really with the bunk bed room. The hotel itself is spotless, staff are fantastic and so happy and helpful. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from and the egg/omelette station was brilliant. Hotel is situated in the center of Karon so everything is within walking distance. We really couldn't have asked for a better hotel.

Our stay at Paradox has been absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel so welcome. The porters, front desk staff, room service, and restaurant team all provided outstanding hospitality.
A special thank you to Peth and Ram for going above and beyond. Your kindness, helpfulness, and A+ customer service made our stay even more memorable.
The facilities are excellent, and the room service is top qualityβperfect for those evenings when you just want to relax and dine in without going out.
We have loved every moment here and will definitely be back. Next time we'll be bringing the kids and grandkids so they can experience this wonderful place too.

Spa good but massage duration shorter than how long it should be. AC sound too loud.
