Great restaurant staff but poor‑attitude shuttle bus staff
The shuttle bus staff were extremely rude and impatient toward Asian guests, which felt like racial discrimination. On the contrary, the restaurant team was incredibly patient and kind. They spent a long time searching for a small spoon for my baby.
Paradise in Phuket
Absolutely loved this hotel, from the moment we checked in it was amazing, we had a penthouse villa with private pool, very spacious, impeccably clean. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast buffet was probably the best I've ever had, massive choice of food and drinks. The only downside was that we had to leave.
Amazing kids friendly experience
Very friendly staff and amazing breakfast. Breakfast team was extremely nice remembering our preferences and recommending new stuff for us to try.. We stayed there for a week and every day we were made to feel special. The pool, kids facility, beach access and everything was really nice and kids really enjoyed it.
