Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Everything from the very minute we arrived was incredible. We were well received with cold towels, welcome drinks and a nice place to sit while we had a smooth check in. There’s a 24/7 shuttle service around the hotel, the location is gorgeous, specially the well kept greenery on the hotel grounds. Rooms are pretty much spotless and the cleaning every day is top notch. Everyone is smiley, kind and service minded. There’s really not anything negative to say about the resort. Noise levels are low as well. Rooms are greatly isolated. Obviously the location is not a walking distance away from everything, as it’s a large resort. However there’s a free shuttle service to the beach and it’s really easy to get a grab to and from the hotel lobby. All in all, I can’t recommend this hotel enough, specially the seapearl room with private pool, if you’re looking for a lovely honeymoon destination.
Friendly team who go out of their way to make your holiday feel effortless. The food is great and you are really spoilt for choice. If you are into massages, you should definitely try the Spa. It is more expensive than the local places, but you really do get a first class experience. There is a shuttle bus to and from the beach and you can get a Grab which is super cheap.

The overall experience has been amazing, right from the hospitality of the staff to the incredible rooms. I had a Balinese session booked with Air, and she was amazing. Her nature was excellent and the cherry on the top was her hand movements and the right pressure. He is really great at her job. I definitely recommend her for your upcoming sessions
