Located on the beaches of Kata and Karon in the south of Phuket Island, the resort is only 3 minutes' walk from the beautiful sandy beach. Guests will find themselves within a short walking distance from a supermarket, local market and nightlife. Phuket International Airport is to be found at 45 km away. All air-conditioned units are decorated in Thai style and are equipped with comfortable seating areas, satellite TV, dining area with a fridge and kettle and bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. The resort features an outdoor pool and children's pool surrounded by a lavish garden and restaurant. The onsite restaurant serves Thai food, fresh seafood and European food as well as continental breakfast buffet.

TERRIBLE HOTEL
Worst ever hotel I have ever stayed on. First of all the walk to the room was exhausting. The room was disgusting and never fully cleaned. The sheets had blood on them when I checked in, and I asked for a change. During 2 weeks they were changed once more, on my request. The toilet was never cleaned. There were power breaks often, and the water to the toilet stopped working several times. Geckos inside the room was frequent. They did not take care of trash, unless I put them in a pile in front of the entrance door. I left a pizza box on the kitchen table, to see if would still be there when I checked out 2 weeks later… it was. The pool was disgusting and I never swam in it. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Don’t do it
This place is the worst. Got in late, took us to our rooms and neither of our showers worked. One of our bathroom had bugs covering the floor and I asked them to clean it he said tomorrow. I said no, they cleaned it. Then barged into my room wanting a tip. We asked them to fix our showers and they never did. Finally we just found a different place. We asked for a refund and never got a response. So we just out the money. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in the many times I have been to Kata.
Holiday with husband. Beautiful beach and cozy resort
Early check in is possible and the staff was friendly. Reasonable price and nice access to the beach. Stayed here for two nights. Air conditioning was nice than that of another hotel yesterday... The sound of air conditioner was loud but was okay with me.
Terrible
Terrible! We checked in (that alone should have tipped us off, so slow, unable to pay with card due to issues)… Eventually we were taken to our room, past the pool, which, whilst not green, was cloudy. As a pool owner, I know how heathy water looks, and I would not have swam in that. We arrived at our room, to find a large gap in between the door and frame (hello mosquitoes), and the most uncomfortable, hard bed, you could feel every spring. We decided not to stay within about 2 minutes of arriving, and returned to reception. As I had booked online, they would not process a full refund, but after some disagreement, they did agree to refund all except the commission paid to the website. Given that they had misrepresented their hotel online, I’m not sure this was fair, but was worth it to get out of there. 0 stars, would not recommend to anyone. Fortunately, we found a much nicer, and cheaper hotel pretty much next door.
Shady breakfast practice
The bed was like a rock. It took me 4 days to get use to it. Free breakfast coupons were given to me. But they the breakfast was not free. After a couple of days they finally told me it was not free and had to pay for it. I agreed to pay the day they told prior to ordering food. They told me I was good. Then when I went to check out they tried to charge me for the days I did not know it was not included. They did not charge me for the breakfast. But still kind of shady way to get charged for a simple breakfast that was suppose to be free. Thanks I may visit and stay again, but not sure.
