The room is very dirty they sprayed the ants while kids are right behind them and expected us to stay in the room ! The breakfast quality is poor bees are literally inside the juice and the jams cause theyre kept open - ac wasnt working- electricity issues out of a sudden no electricity works in the room - the car to take us from/to is very slow and one car for the whole hotel is not applicable at all - took laundry service payed 4 thousand bahts but the laundry smell is very disgusting and the clothes are not even clean!!!!! Wost experience ever never again!
Relaxing
Relaxing place, quiet , great staff , nice food , a shuttle that would go to Karon and Centara grand would be great , the trail between the 2 Centaras is dangerous ( especially during monsoon season ) a set up like at Centara villas Koh Samui would be great ( pay a small fee to go to Karon but free to go to the Grand), also some local fruits and Bananas at breakfast would be nice

Delicious Thai Dinner with a View
I had a wonderful dinner at the Cliff restaurant at Centara Villas. My waiter, Russell, recommended the best dishes and helped me with my indecisiveness. The Tom Yum soup was flavourful and the prawns were delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed the tender pork neck, which was complimented with the most amazing nam jim jew sauce.
