Wonderful stay at Centara
We had a wonderful experience at Centara grand Phuket. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage. The swimming pool and water play areas were very fun. The food was plentiful and delicious with lots of entertainment on the special dinner nights. Staff were wonderful! Special shout out to Janna who made our visit very special for our son. She made him balloons and was so kind and sweet. Cham from housekeeping was great and always ready to help out with anything we asked for. The whole team at dinner were amazing, particularly Jude. They remembered our drinks order and were so kind and accommodating. Cream at the spa was wonderful and made us feel so relaxed. Highly recommended for families who want a quieter stay with lots of fun water activities. Thank you so much to the whole team for a wonderful stay!
Small point to mention that there are no shops nearby. The closest convenience stores and massage parlours etc. Are about a 15 minute walk up the beach. It doesn’t seem like a long walk, but in the hot and humid weather it takes forever. One way around this is to use Grab to order from the convenience stores and collect from reception.
Highly recommend this lovely hotel
The resort exceeded our expectations. There were a number of pools and plenty of shallow pools with slides for the grandsons. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and it catered for all nationalities. We had two evening buffets which were lovely with plenty of choice although the price compared to eating outside the hotel was very expensive. The staff were all very lovely and the hotel grounds immaculate. The beach was easily accessible and the beach was very clean! Overall we had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel.
