Merlyn is a wonderful contact person at the Avista Grande
This is a great place to call home for however many days. Quiet and secluded off the main road with fantastic staff and relaxing hotel design. Merlyn was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We hope to visit this hotel again.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Our ocean view room was absolutely stunning—the view of the sea was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. Waking up to the beautiful ocean every morning made our vacation even more memorable.
The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and always ready to help. We’d especially like to thank Kevin, Sindee, Gale, Sid, Merlyn, and Sasi for their outstanding hospitality. Their kindness, genuine smiles, and attentive service made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
One thing that really impressed us was the welcome tea. It was absolutely delicious—refreshing, fragrant, and honestly one of the best welcome drinks we’ve ever had. We enjoyed it so much that it became one of our favorite memories of the hotel.
The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail reflected the hotel’s high standards. We highly recommend Avista Grande Karon Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Phuket, and we will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip.
