Hotel is between kamala beach and Patong Beach. It takes 5 minutes to Patong Beach by car. The hotel atmosphere is good. The hotel is on the hills. Booked a pool villa. The room is stunning. The room was clean. There was a expresso machine in the room. Overall nice cozy silence stay. Good for couples for honeymoon.
Service was lower than expected, unprofessional housekeeping, cars are always late to pick you up from the room, the cleanness of the room was not good, I prefer not to visit again. Location was ok. Atmosphere was moderate. Room is good but not clean and full of bugs. Value to this service was not acceptable. The room noise level was unbearable and bad noice cancelation. The water in bathroom is bad. The pool is full of bugs and even we saw a spider enjoying the pool with us. The only thing I liked was the view. Beautiful sea view.

Location is amazing, the view from the room is breathtaking, the hotel is so luxurious, Osama was so great to us from the first day, he made sure that have the best experience.
Wyndham Grand is terrible don’t let view and pictures fool you. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone with standards and that’s looking for five star treatment. Poor management team, not helpful when resolving issues.
