Not 5 Star as advertised
I just want to share my experience as my daughter did a lot of research for a 5 star resort which this resort definitely is not. Breakfast was in an open area and very hot, the fans were not enough to keep cool. It was supposed to have pork bacon and they would not make us any. The pastries were soggy. The only thing I liked was the pool temperature. We had issues with our room from the beginning which they should have checked before we checked in. I hope this helps others.
Outdated Room, Broken Door, and Not Worth the Price
Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was old and looked nothing like the pictures. The door was broken, and the entire room felt worn out and poorly maintained. I booked a suite expecting a comfortable stay, but it only had one bathroom, which was very inconvenient. The floor looked old, damaged, and dirty, making the room feel even less appealing. Overall, the room was small, outdated, and not worth the price. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.
Lovely staff but will not return
Staff were lovely but the location of the hotel is horrible. Nothing around. Everything was a taxi away. The price of food and drinks in the hotel were expensive! We were travelling in a group and several of the rooms smelt like mould, like nothing I’ve smelt before so so bad! And a mushroom popped up inbetween the floor boards in one room

Radisson's Downfall
Located amidst serene surroundings is this rundown property called Radisson Resort & Suites Phuket. Not worth the money at all. Please do yourself a favor and book something else if you're spending this much money.
Nice stayed even if it’s not the best location
Very nice, green nature and relax atmosphere in the common areas. Rooms are clean and very spacious (we were 2 adults and 3 kids ), with pool view balcony. Buffet breakfast has a very large of options for all tastes and it’s really good. All staff in the hotel was super helpful and attentive. Location, is not the best as there is only 1 mini market next to the hotel and 2 restaurants, meaning not too many options for restaurants, shops, services nor markets. Certainly the beach is 10 min walking away, however the beach is not the best in Phuket as there are 3 wastewater or dark runoff that discharge into the beach, meaning it’s contaminated.
