The stunning views, delicious food, excellent room condition, and private pool were all very satisfying. All of the staff members were friendly and welcoming. Communication through the app was very quick, and the staff were always kind and helpful.(During our Phuket trip, we stayed at five different hotels, and my family agreed that the staff at Paresa Resort provided the warmest and most exceptional service. Their kindness and hospitality truly stood out among all the places we visited.) I also do not think the accommodation or food prices were expensive considering the quality and service provided. It is a place we would definitely love to visit again in the future.
Paresa Hotel offers a beautiful, peaceful escape with stunning views, excellent service, delicious food, and friendly staff. Our stay was relaxing, memorable, and truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!
As I am looking forward to my seventh visit, this resort has become a very special place to me. The beautifully maintained rooms and facilities, the warm and attentive staff, and the excellent restaurants are all reasons why I never hesitate to return. I truly appreciate the wonderful experiences I have had here over the years, and I look forward to continuing this special relationship and returning for many more visits in the future.
My fiance and I had an incredible time at the Paresa resort celebrating our honeymoon. We stayed in a cliff pool villa, which has stunning views of the ocean, a private infinity pool, and beautiful outdoor furniture. The room is very comfortable, clean, and the bathroom is large and spacious with two showers (one indoor and outdoor), a massive tub, and ample space for luggage. The staff could not have been more friendly, and the service was impeccable. A must-recommend for anybody seeking an isolated, peaceful getaway.
First of all, make sure you know that it’s on the hill and some people may find it quite remote but still it’s close to Kamala Beach which is also a nice tourist spot.
The first time I saw the open ocean view of my room (even inside the bathroom), it was just jaw dropping for me because of how spectacular it was. The view was just so peaceful and took my breath away!
However, the nightmare began when I first stepped into the room. I arrived at around 3 pm and the room was of course, according to the staff, “ready”. At first I noticed there’s some pungent smell coming from the bathroom. Then I soon found out there was a lot of debris like leaves and ice in the washbasin which was ridiculous! Starting from that moment I just realized the bed wasn’t really ready because the bed wasn’t completely made yet either. I pointed it out with the staff and asked if it’s normal and she just laughed and said sorry. She immediately called the cleaner and shouted at her in Thai. They just compensated us with a bubble bath which took a long time for them to get it prepared. I asked for an iron too but it also took an hour and I had to remind them of it. The bubble bath and the iron together took almost two hours for us to wait. At that point it was just so laughable.
The breakfast wasn’t that great either because the choices were limited and they tasted bland. They only had one restaurant by the way, so if you’re a foodie please don’t expect much. Also, they made it seem like they’re busy and the tables were fully booked so you could hardly get a seaview seat for the sunset dinner unless you had booked early. However, that night I found that most of the “booked” tables were empty and people just never showed up. A young couple even complained to them because they promised them a seaview table for their anniversary but they ended up sitting in front of trees with limited ocean view. I just don’t understand why the staff kept those empty tables instead of giving them away for people who never showed up?
Overall, after having stayed in Amanpuri beforehand, I would say it’s a downgrade in terms of service in Paresa, but the open ocean view from the room was unbeatable. Also, the frontdesk staff were nice to us at least. However, they really have to pay more attention to the details because it really left a poor impression despite the awesome “hardware” they had.
