Keemala is truly paradise. The views were spectacular, the food was delicious and the service was top notch!
We stayed for a week in a treetop villa with our own private pool. We were surrounded by trees and nature, and it was so refreshing to be able to swim and cool down after a hot day of walking around.
To get from the restaurant or lobby to the villa, you don't have to walk. A buggy will take you to the top of the mountain and when you're ready to grab a meal or head to the day spa, you call them and they pick you up and take you to wherever you need to go in the resort.
The staff made the whole experience exceptional. They were warm and friendly and always ready to go the extra mile to make sure we felt looked after. We met many of the team in the restaurant as we went there every morning and evening. They gave us recommendations about things to see and do, and took excellent care of my partner who has dietary restrictions. They remembered what her allergies were as well as our favourite foods. The chef even made a special meal for my partner on our last night.
Everyone was wonderful, from the security staff who helped us communicate with the taxi drivers, to the people who drove us around the resort in the buggies, the house keeping team and the team who helped us unwind at the day spa.
A special thank you to Apple who was our go-to person. If we needed anything, we could contact her on WhatsApp or call her at the lobby. March was also very helpful whenever we had questions.
