About the kids club
The kids club was really good. The value was perfect. It was really fun and thank you to Ann, Fah, Min and pai.
Exceeded expectations
Our family has just returned from an unforgettable stay at the InterContinental Phuket, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. The kids and us had the most incredible time, and this holiday exceeded every expectation we had. We will 100% be back.
A very special thank you to Kevin Nuch, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He regularly checked in on us throughout our visit, took the time to recommend fantastic places to eat and explore, and was so generous with his time, energy and genuine care. His hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and looked after.
We stayed in the front section of the resort near the beach and beach pool, which was the perfect location. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather every day, spending our time surfing, walking along the beach and soaking up the sunshine. It was exactly the relaxing family holiday we had hoped for.
Dining was outstanding. We had dinner at Jaras Restaurant, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The food was exceptional, and the service was truly next level. We also highly recommend booking Club InterContinental access. Having the private lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails was such a wonderful addition to our stay, with excellent food, drinks and attentive service throughout.
The Sati Spa was another highlight. The atmosphere was so tranquil, and the massages were among the best we’ve ever had. I genuinely didn’t want mine to end!
Travelling with children can sometimes be challenging, but the Planet Trekkers Kids’ Club made it effortless. Our kids wanted to go every single day, we actually had to convince them to leave and experience other activities! That says everything about how wonderful the staff and facilities are.
The gym is also excellent, modern, spacious and very well equipped. We had hoped to fit in a game of tennis as well, but simply ran out of time. The resort grounds are immaculate, beautifully maintained, and there are so many pools that we didn’t even manage to visit them all. That’s just another reason we’ll have to come back.
For anyone visiting Phuket, we’d also highly recommend A Chef’s Tour. The food was incredible, and our guide, Lucky, was fantastic. She made the experience so easy and enjoyable, even with our three kids in tow.
Thank you again to everyone at InterContinental Phuket for creating such a memorable holiday. From the exceptional service and beautiful facilities to the incredible dining and family-friendly atmosphere, every detail made our stay special. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return.
