We are a family of 5 UK with 3 boys 21/19/17. I found it hard to choose a hotel & a location
What a little gem in a tropical feeling setting. Family of 5 Hotel is nice 4 star. Reception very helpful. Room 3106/3108 is right next to pool ground level & a good amount of space. Pool is large & clean looked after Beach is right next to you literally Food is good also in the restaurants Highly recommend this hotel for a family holiday

Simply the best!
This was our fourth visit here and as always we had a great time. The staff cannot do enough. The day after we arrived we were sent a bucket with champagne and a meal voucher as we were frequent quests thank you so much it was lovely of you! Special mentions for Gulf, Kitty Mae Kat Bea Bea and Zakie and so many others for their friendliness and for making us feel like family. Reception staff and Daniel are so helpful and nothing is a problem for them thank you all! We had a ground floor room which meant just a few steps to the pool - fantastic! Thank you all for making our stay wonderful. There are plenty of places to eat around about with lots of little shops to enjoy and buy presents as well as pool toys for the kids or not so small kids!

First time stay in Phuket
We had a lovely stay here in Phuket! Our room was spacious, cleaned daily & modern with access to fridge freezer & great aircon.
The hotel is located just by the beach with sea views and direct access to the beach. The area of Bang Tao is quiet but plenty of restaurants, bars and a night market.
Staff were friendly & helpful.
The pool is big, clean & modern. You are always able to get a sunbed even if it is late afternoon.
The hotel has a few bars (they are cashless) and you are able to charge the drinks to your room & pay at the end of your stay. There is also a 7/11 opposite the hotel.
It was really good!
I went to Thailand for the first time and choosing this hotel was the best decision! The coastline is right next to the hotel, a comfortable and quiet location in Bangtao. It's convenient to get there, we took a taxi. It was 420-440 baht to the center of Phuket. Comfortable rooms, everything is clean, the feeling of a large space. Daily cleaning service. Very warm-hearted, friendly staff, service at a very high level! Thanks to manager Daniel, he told me, suggested where to go in Russian. There was a case when a hotel guest became ill (migraine), the ambulance arrived immediately. We went in May, it was out of season: big waves, rains, but this did not interfere with the rest, it was comfortable to stay in the room in bad weather and use the sunny days to the maximum! We ran out in swimsuits on the sun beds by the pool or the sea. I really liked the abundance of greenery on the territory. At the same time, it did not interfere with sunbathing, it was a very nice bonus. Delicious and full-fledged breakfasts, there is a spa center, a gym, bars, a pool bar, billiards. I definitely recommend the hotel!
