This kids' playground is amazing! The staff member Peach was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. The whole place is spotlessly clean, every corner is well maintained. There are so many fun facilities for children, my kid enjoyed every minute here and didn’t want to leave. It’s safe and well-managed. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to all families!
Second time here & both times in the spa pool villas. The villa was even better than the last time having been upgraded. We even had a separate dining room in the garden - apparently the only one of the spa villas that has. Our host Pie was incredible- so attentive and helpful. All the staff here are excellent. Try to speak a little Thai with them and you will find they engage with you a lot and go beyond your expectations.
We had massages every day beside our villa pool and these were amazing.
Special mention to Niwat ((assistant F & B manager) who looked after us at breakfast and kept our champagne topped up and carried our plates from the buffet. The breakfast buffet is the most extensive we’ve seen and caters for all tastes. The noodle soup is particularly good and changes daily so you don’t get bored.
All the staff have been excellent but particularly Du who drove us by buggy to our villa, Nam for her massages, Pang who was so lovely at breakfast, Lyla & Sawasee who did great cocktails and g & t’s and of course Pie who was amazing. Our first host Tia sadly had to take emergency leave and we didn’t see her again - we do hope she is ok - and Kolick & PK who stood in for her were very helpful, Definitely worth a visit.
I had wonderful stay! Everything was excellent! The hotel was comfortable, clean,and well maintained. Everything made my stay pleasant and relaxing. The friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks you to tour agent Denis for welcoming atmosphere to the his kindness, care, and exceptional hjelp. I would recommend this place and would love to return again!

I recently completed a 17-night solo stay in a One-Bedroom Double Pool Villa. For an extended trip, this villa layout is fantastic, offering an incredible amount of space to truly unpack and relax. The villa pool itself was massive, making it an absolutely great spot to lounge and unwind during the day.
The absolute highlight of my stay was the exceptional staff. My Villa Host, Mo, was attentive, proactive, and went above and beyond throughout my two-week stay. The entire Spa team provided world-class service, and the team at Tre Restaurant looked after me wonderfully. The resort itself is huge, meaning there is an excellent variety of dining choices and always something to see or do.
As an early riser who prefers an early bedtime, my first minor downside was that the dinner restaurants do not open until 6:30 pm, which felt a bit late for my schedule. Secondly, while the villa was lovely, it is starting to show its age in places. However, Mo kindly showed me a newly renovated Spa Pool Villa, which was absolutely stunning. If this high standard of refurbishment is rolled out across the property, it will easily close the gap and elevate the hardware to match the five-star service.
Ultimately, it is the team here that leaves the lasting impression. The staff truly make all the difference, turning what would be a standard luxury stay into a deeply personalized journey. I would certainly return.
