We had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Angsana Laguna Phuket. Sisy, Kaow, Fuse, Jeron warmly welcomed us! We appreciate the kindness. The resort has a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, with comfortable accommodations and lovely surroundings. The staff were warm, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would be happy to visit again. The staffs are so friendly and they are really helpful. Sisy is really nice and kind. Kaow had a really nice personality. Fuse is so friendly. Jeron helps me a lot.
Stayed 8–13 October 2026 as a family with two kids (ages 11 and 4), in a pool-view room on the 4th floor.
We had a wonderful stay at Angsana Laguna Phuket. The staff were courteous throughout, and housekeeping kept our room spotless every day. In-room dining was also good, arriving in about 25–30 minutes.
We were there for our son's 4th birthday on 12 October, and the resort made it special with a complimentary cake. We really appreciated the gesture.
Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the spread changed every day. The pool area is superb: our kids kept going back to the main pool, the kids' pool and the lazy river. The resort is large and scenic, and we even had our family photoshoot here.
The beach is very close, with a direct exit from the resort. It was clean, and there are lots of food options by the pool and near the beach. A spa is available too.
A big plus is the free Laguna transport. Shuttle boats run every 30 minutes around the lake, and free shuttles go to places within Laguna, so you don't need your own transport.
Highly recommended for families. We'd happily stay again.
