They were absolutely amazing — so warm, caring, attentive and patient. From the very first day, we felt that our children were in the best hands. They created such a welcoming and happy atmosphere, with a great variety of activities that kept the girls entertained and excited every day.
The best proof of how much they enjoyed it? The girls kept asking to go back to the Kids Club and see the wonderful instructors again!

We stayed for the last two days at building F in a sea facing room. The room is clean, free of odours and there is a in-room water filtration system for drinking water. There is no full unobstracted view on the sea as there is the garden and the pool in between the buildings and the sea.
There is a wooden terrace with sunbed chairs in front of the beach and the beach feels quite private.
The breakfast buffet was quite crowded but as we went during the last opening hour we did not expect otherwise. The quality of the food is standard up to the expection according to the room rates but the choice is diverse and there is nothing missing.
Our special thanks goes to the very friendly and extraordinary helpful and attentive team with Toffy, Far, Side, Hah, Paet.
Toffy gave us a lot of wonderful advice in addition for our stay in Krabi so we would recommend the management to consider his work in the public relation department as well.

The hotel staff were amazing and really helpful. Than was a fantastic at the Thai massage, my whole back clicked. Ann was fantastic at Muay Thai. Very patient, knowledgeable and will adapt the session based on any previous experience of Muay Thai. Great stay overall!!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations.
The hotel is amazing in every possible way. The beautiful swimming pools, the beach, the facilities, and especially the Kids Club were simply fantastic. As a family traveling with children, we really appreciated how much thought and care the hotel puts into making children feel happy, welcome, and entertained.
The personal service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The children especially loved the Kids Club, where the team constantly played with them, organized activities, and made sure they were having fun. It was wonderful to see how genuinely caring and patient everyone was with our children.
I would especially like to mention Polly, Ga, Papa, Yaya, and Da. They were absolutely amazing and made our stay even more special. Their warmth, positive energy, attention to detail, and genuine care for our children did not go unnoticed. They are a wonderful reflection of the incredible team at this hotel.
The combination of the beautiful location, fantastic pools, beach, excellent Kids Club, and above all the wonderful people who work here made this stay truly memorable.
