Had a superb time here. Luxurious hotel with 5 star facilities and service. The rooms were very comfy with everything you need. The beds were a bit hard but after a day you got used to it. We had a premium sea facing room, these rooms are lovely but quite far from the ocean. We enjoyed the lounge which unfortunately closed at 8 and with nothing to do near by opening it longer would’ve been better. Fang and Fit from the lounge were fantastic. Excellent customer service skills and they made our stay even better. The breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn’t do enough. I would like to say a special thanks to Far, what a superb lady. Always remembered what you ordered and always on hand to help out. The beach area in the hotel was amazing, although we had rain while there it was still tranquil and lovely sitting and watching the ocean. Thank you to Pao who pools on the beach for taking care of us helping us with the canoes. He was so helpful, always smiling and always on hand. The resort seems quite big when you first arrive but you can walk around the whole resort in 30 mins. They have buggies which take you around if you don’t fancy walking. Han one of the buggy drivers was amazing, ready to pick you up as soon as you call. Look out for Nana at the beach she sells excursions at a very good price. We had a lovely massage in the spa which was luxurious and very relaxing. It’s a beautiful setup. Ao Nang is only 15 mins drive and you can explore all the markets there. If I was in Krabi again I would visit this hotel for the staff and the superb service. Thank you for a great time.

Hotel very clean and tidy. We went half board so could have breakfast and evening meal, but was not told that we could choose afternoon meal or evening. Highly recommend afternoon as there is no buffet meals at evening it is either pizza or Thai curry only
