Everyone is very friendly, can’t do too much for you and when there have been any issues they have bent over backwards to make it right and to ensure we have a fabulous stay
What a stay
Wow wow wow what a stay. Bought this on luxury escapes the king view room and what a hotel. Could not fault. My first time to Koh Samui and what a way to start my trip. But let’s talk about the staff. Next level fantastic the breakfast staff the room staff and the pool staff Chong and I hope that is how I spell it outstanding. To be meet with a smile every day was a highlight

Absolutely perfect
We had the most amazing stay at the intercontinental Koh Samui resort. Our room was like heaven on earth. Absolutely stunning. Huge room. Dyson hairdryer; beautiful bathroom. And the Byredo products are luxurious. Amazing deck with ocean views. The most comfortable bed you can imagine!!
The service throughout the resort was service; everyone from the security guard down by the main pool who was always smiling and warm with his daily salute, through to the housekeeping staff and the staff at both reception and the restaurants. “Beauty”, our waitress at breakfast was always so helpful as were Lisa, Pim and Atthi in the lounge. The club lounge is a must. So many amazing treats and ever so special treatment;
And now for the spa. 6 star massage therapies, organized by Boom who is so accommodating and helpful. The perfect hostess. Such a warm nature. All the therapists were amazing including Ja. Koy was fabulous also. The Eurasian massage was the absolute best.
Loads of pools and pool lounges. Buggies are plentiful and always at your beck and call. Lovely drivers. The fire show is great. The food is lovely. Highly recommend a trip here. We used the gym too which was perfect for our needs. We ate so much we needed it!!
We walked in feeling run down and in need of a break. We walked out feeling like a combination of royalty and jelly after so much relaxation. Perfect!!!

A Jewel in the Samui crown
Superb location , amazing staff led by khun Dao the FOM , great Breakfast led personally by the F& B manager . The most amazing views in the world . Khun pomelo, khun gift outstanding. Very good housekeeping and beach service 10 on 10
Unfortunate could not meet the GM ......
Excellent property but poor service and food
Excellent property but bad food & service. We stayed in beach villas which are right on beach. This was the only good part about the hotel.
There India chef and Indian F&B manager does not know anything about hospitality and food. Mainly because none of them have ever worked in India. No dietary preference was ever taken care of, rather we found a hair inside one of there dessert bakery items. To compensate that the hotel forced another dessert on us. The India chef does not even know how to make simple kitchri, dosa, breads or anything.
We would have loved to visit the place again as its a excellent property but just due to food and discriminating service, we wont visit again. We feel that If you prefer to stay in top of line beach properties then there are many other options.
