Amazing stay at Conrad Koh Samui
We really enjoyed our stay at Conrad Koh Samui. The five‑island ocean view from the villa was absolutely breathtaking. The villa is spacious, private and well‑maintained, with a nice private pool for relaxing.
Special thanks to Zye, who gave us thoughtful service throughout our trip. He was very responsive and helped us arrange many things smoothly. The resort has beautiful grounds, delicious food and stunning sea views everywhere.
We had a fantastic and relaxing holiday here, and would love to come back again. Definitely recommend for travellers visiting Samui.
Amazing Conrad experience
Wanted to share what an amazing 7 days we had at this resort. From arrival to departure the staff was kind, ever smiling and kind. Room (201) was beautifull and the second bed for our son was extremely comfortable. Pool staff and azure staff pampered us during the day and food at Awo Thai was delicious. Farm experience was really nice for our son. The beach is a bit on the small side but when the tide is good it’s a little gem.
Did two excursions thought the hotel; elephant sanctuary (highly recommended) and koh tan diving plus pig island (pleasent afternoon at sea).
A special thumbs up to Marco, Daniele, Claudia, AE and all the staff. As a diamond member I think I can say this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had at a hilton chain hotel.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at Conrad Koh Samui! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and took incredible care of us throughout our stay. Their warmth and attention to detail truly made the experience unforgettable.
We were lucky to have beautiful weather, which made it even easier to enjoy everything the resort and the island have to offer. A special shoutout to the concierge team—they made booking every experience effortless. Whether it was arranging an off-property visit to an elephant sanctuary, jet skiing, reserving the karaoke room for a fun family night, or setting up a movie night, everything was seamless. Our child also participated in the Iris Farm tour, which was a highlight of the trip and such a unique experience. He got to feed the chickens, pigs, goats; got to hold newly hatched baby chicks, and picked herbs and veggies for our cooking class later in the day.
And the breakfast deserves its own mention—it was absolutely incredible. The variety, quality, and service were among the best we've ever experienced.
We truly loved everything about Conrad Koh Samui. It's a beautiful property with exceptional people who go above and beyond to create memorable experiences. We can't wait to come back!

Our family came to Conrad Koh Samui to relax and get away. Strangely, aside from the incredible views from our villa, it sometimes felt like we never left home; I mean that in the best possible way.
The entire staff was incredibly patient, warm, and caring. Traveling with young children can make it difficult to truly relax, but it felt like our stay came with a team of aunties and uncles who genuinely cared about our family and helped my wife and me enjoy both the resort and Koh Samui.
The experience started with a relaxing airport transfer, complete with cold coconut water waiting for us. When we arrived, Bill welcomed us like an old friend. Throughout our stay, he helped organize our tours, answered every question, and made sure everything went smoothly.
Our children absolutely loved the kids' play space and activities. Pizza making was a highlight, they still talk about it!
Dinner at Jahn was another memorable experience. Chef Toey, Fon, and Feh somehow managed to find dishes that both of our children enjoyed, while our steaks were excellent. Their patience and attention made the evening especially enjoyable for our family.
The property itself is beautiful, but what really made our stay memorable was the people. The staff were consistently thoughtful, friendly, and genuine.
We left feeling rested, well cared for, and already looking forward to our next visit to Koh Samui and Conrad.
