My wife and I stayed her during the Koh Samui leg of our honeymoon. Idk if this place was paradise or heaven, but while we were leaving to head to Bangkok my wife was begging to stay. Upon check in Ian did an amazing job introducing us to the property and getting us settled in. The customer service all around was 10/10! We highly recommend staying here. The villa was beautiful. The private beach access was excellent. The breakfast buffet every morning was the best we’ve EVER HAD! We’re current in the car headed to the airport and leaving this review because we can’t say enough great things about this experience. Huge thank you to the staff. Specially shout out to team members like Ian and Nana who made this experience extra special with their stellar hospitality. The value we got from this experience exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the service, hospitality, cleanliness, facilities, and attention to detail were all outstanding. The entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Mr. Bill, our hotel assistant, who truly made our experience even more memorable. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, professional, and always available whenever we needed anything. His warm attitude and genuine care went above and beyond what we expected, and we really appreciated all the effort he put into making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in providing excellent service, and Mr. Bill is definitely one of those people.
