Good location and excellent service
We had a wonderful stay at W Koh Samui. The service was excellent and everyone made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Araya for taking such great care of us and always being helpful, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay. She truly made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Fabulous room Welcome staff Service + Quiet location
Exceptional beach, food and service
We visited the resort as a couple and had the best time. We stayed in a beach front villa which had everything we needed and more. The service from the team was exceptional from the moment we arrived to our departure. The beach is amazing and private with clear blue water. The food was consistently delicious and the breakfast was a highlight. We would highly recommend this resort.
Review W hotel
Had a lovely buffet with friends. Service was a little slow at times, which was understandable as it was quite busy. The oysters were also a little bland, but Chef Bee 🐝 was very attentive and came over to make sure we were well taken care of. Overall, we had a very enjoyable evening.
