This luxurious boutique hotel is nestled in a beautiful resort surrounded by stunning gardens that blend with the fantastic landscape of the area. It lies just on Lamai Beach, the second most famous beach after Chaweng, although far enough to avoid the noisy touristic gathering. Good local and international restaurants can be found on the main road strip which during the night turns into a vibrant and very active area. It is the perfect stay for couples or guests that wish to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday as well.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, a steam room and a fitness centre. This resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and wedding services. Getting to nearby attractions is a breeze with the local area shuttle (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Central location with its own beach. It's right next to the night market. Access is easy. The pools and the beach are lovely. Rooms are large and very comfortable and clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Worth a visit.
One of the best hotels on the Lamai beach and perfect location next to the night market. Very friendly staff and good prices.
We had a wonderful stay at Pavilion Samui Villas & Resort and truly enjoyed our time here. The service was excellent, the staff were warm and attentive, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. Even the laundry service was impressively quick and convenient.
Our villa was very comfortable and having our own private pool made the stay even more special. We loved that the pool also had a bubble/jacuzzi feature, and having massage services available made it very easy to completely relax. Another highlight was the direct access from the resort to the beach — perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Koh Samui.
We also really appreciated the special evening programs. During the weekend there were special dinners such as BBQ, accompanied by live saxophone music and a fire show, and on Tuesday we enjoyed a traditional Thai dance performance. These little touches created a wonderful holiday atmosphere and made the evenings at the resort feel special.
If we could give one small suggestion for improvement, it would be the maintenance of some parts of the rooms. A number of the wooden elements are beginning to show wear, and we noticed several cracked tiles. This may naturally be influenced by the tropical climate and proximity to the sea. However, it was never a major focus for us and certainly did not stop us from enjoying our beautiful villa and our stay. A little additional maintenance would simply make an already lovely property even better.
We would also love to see the fitness room expanded in the future, with a little more space and some additional equipment.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of the private pool villa, beach access, wonderful service, good food, entertainment and relaxing atmosphere made our stay very memorable.
Thank you to the entire Pavilion team for your wonderful hospitality. We would happily return and definitely recommend this resort! ❤️

Wonderful experience, only good things to say about this place, great location, amazing service and beautiful luxury rooms.
Location is paradise! A nice welcome at check-in. Laid-back atmosphere in general. Families and couples mainly. Very attentive staff (Mew, Yok and Thada in particular) Lovely pools and beach area. Night markets next door but did not disturb our stay and we enjoyed looking round them. We had plunge pool suites and we used/needed the plunge pools daily! Good sized rooms with plenty of space to hang clothes and space for toiletries. Some wear&tear evident in one room which was acknowledged promptly by manager in correspondence after check-out. Had an issue with the AC unit during stay which was fixed after reporting. Food good (breakfasts and steak night). Daughters would have liked a choice of mocktails on drinks menu. Didn't book any tours through hotel but there seemed to be a good choice of options had we wanted to be busier! Did get out to Angthong National Pk for kayaking and up to north of island for a fire show at Coco Tam's (which was fabulous). Overall, a great stay after a busy 10 days on the mainland.
