Great week at the Centara villas. All the staff were very nice, especially Mam, Tappy, Jeab, Neam and MJ who looked after us at the Reef Cafe.
Tappy was amazing and was so welcoming. Sh was amazing and she should be rewarded.

Rooms spotless, views amazing, staff amazing, but beyond that the structure is confused, for example we chose from day one all inclusive!! Simple yes? No, arrived at bar 11.00 for soft drinks to be told all inclusive don’t start until 12.00, not according to the agreement we have when we signed for all inclusive! So after some discussion and half hour later (dying of thirst) we got our drinks? Seemingly incorrect paperwork? We are on holiday don’t need this, wanted spa (jacuzzi) to be told you can’t as there only attached to certain rooms and not available as a treatment ? ( this is a spa facility with no jacuzzi? really unbelievable wanted another £300 for a room with a spa, bubble bath, jacuzzi or wat ever u want to dress it up as? Been here before but it’s lost its touches and charisma, everything is an add on seemingly, not happy
A very beautiful and peaceful hotel complex on a hillside, surrounded by nature and featuring individual little houses. The restaurant right on the beach and especially the service and attention from Mam are superb. We would love to come back.
