Is it hard to write a review that does justice to this hotel. The staff and service they give are exceptional. The villas are luxurious and huge . Food is high quality, breath taking in choice, spa is world class . Thank you Tok for the best massage ever . Golf and Tak as villa hosts exemplify the best of the best . We are already planning return visit . Completely spoilt for anywhere else now . We also booked with Trail Finders who have been excellent .

Rainforest Indulgence was such a treat. I spent more than three hours enjoying the spa facilities — the steam room, dry sauna, and jacuzzi pool with different types of water treatments — followed by a 90-minute deep tissue massage.
I was guided through the whole experience by Massy, my massage therapist, who was incredibly attentive to my needs and requests. I really appreciated how much care and attention she gave throughout the treatment without ever making it feel rushed.
The scrubs, lotions, and oils were all of very high quality and, importantly for me, gentle enough even for extremely sensitive skin.
By the end of the treatment, I felt that I could completely let go. My body relaxed, my mind became quiet, and I was able to simply drift off and enjoy being taken care of.
We had a wonderful stay with our family and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Blue was very helpful with our check-in. We receive a beautiful lotus flower as a welcome gift. Nani also showed us how to fold a lotus flower, which was really nice.
The room was beautiful and clean. We also really enjoyed our dinner at Saffron. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Thank you to Ocha for taking some lovely photos for us, and to Luna for taking care of us and recommending some delicious dishes. Diamond and the rest of the team also provided great service!
Abby and Latin made our check-out smooth and easy. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
Having visited numerous luxury spas across Thailand—including Panpuri, Thann, and Divana—our 60-minute session at Banyan Tree Spa today set a whole new benchmark. It was hands down the absolute best massage experience we have ever had in the country.
I took the full-body Thai stretch massage with Charlene, and her expertise was simply phenomenal. She possessed remarkable intuition for tension points, combining pressure and therapeutic stretching seamlessly to leave me feeling completely restored and weightless. My wife was cared for by Ja, who was equally extraordinary. Ja’s gentle yet precise technique provided pure relaxation and deep rejuvenation—my wife couldn't stop raving about how wonderful and well-balanced her treatment was.
