Koh Samui, perfect family staying. The hotel crew are incredibly helping and friendly. Specially Van and Rainbow The only thing is we got a boat suite upgrade but we had to change because is not kid friendly because of stairs. The new room was perfect. The hotel is so nice but begins to be a bit old. Food is amazing

His service was consistently professional and very accommodating, and he made us feel truly valued as guests. We especially appreciated how reliable and attentive Baw was throughout our stay. He always noticed what we needed and went above and beyond to make our experience as comfortable as possible. His warm and friendly personality really made a difference and is something we will remember from our stay. Overall, we highly recommend the Meliá Koh Samui. Me and my boyfriend stayed at Melia to celebrate finishing my university degree. I cannot fault this hotel at all. The rooms are lovely and spacious; the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very well maintained; the beach is stunning with crystal clear water; the food is absolutely incredible and all the staff are so attentive and friendly. I want to make a special mention to Baw, Mack and Lookman. These members of staff really can’t do enough for you and they try and make your stay as special as possible. We will definitely be coming back to Melia Koh Samui and are recommending this hotel to family and friends.
Melia is so well situated on the island and is only a short journey from any major towns to see the sites or go shopping. The beach that the hotel sits on is incredible. It's clean and the water is incredibly clear. The hotel was absolutely spotless and well maintained throughout, including the rooms. We had a very enjoyable stay with a lovely pool and an amazing choice of food. The staff at the check-in were very helpful and friendly and assisted us with any questions we had regarding our stay. The staff at the breeza bar and restaurant were outstanding and very attentive; Baw, Mack, Lookman and all the other staff including the chefs were top tier and truly gave us a 5 star experience and a very personal feel! Would happily come back to this hotel and highly recommend to anyone coming to Koh Samui
