Melia Koh Samui

Had an absolutely great time at the Melia Koh Samui resort after a long week working in Bangkok and finally got to relax with my family who joined me from the UK for a 10 day holiday. Special mention to the lovely and very kind Baw at the beach bar and restaurant, who looked after us every day, making sure that we were attending for and giving us the extra service level that you would expect from a 5* hotel but not often get by someone so genuine and happy to help. When we return to Koh Samui, we will certainly come back to the Melia thanks to his attention and friendly yet discreet service. I work for SCG which is a large Thai manufacturing group and will for sure mention the Melia Koh Samui hotel as a great venue for our work events. Finally indulge in the full coconut spa package experience, it’s amazing! Thank you so much for a lovely time ☺️

Great relaxing couple of weeks at Melia Koh Samui and a shout out to all the staff who are so friendly and accommodating even when some of the guests are quite demanding and have definitely not been to ‘please and thank you’ school. Particular mention to Dom who sorted our room every day efficiently and punctually. Some areas of the hotel do need a refresh and we think more could be made of the on-site facilities in the evenings but no shortage of restaurants to eat and drink in around the hotel and do try the beach restoring you visit. A pity not to get a late check-out so now 4 hours to fill prior to journey to the airport. All in all a great couple of week, would highly recommend.
