Good hotel on the beach
Good hotel in great location. Adding the level really upgrades the experience. A big thank to Auto the driver who really took care of us and made us very comfortable at the hotel including giving us great travelling tips. The kids loved him.
Qi gong class at the Melia
Went to Qi gong class with Mui and felt very relaxed and stretched after. Excellent class!
Beautiful family-friendly hotel
We had a lovely stay at Meliá Koh Samui. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are fantastic, and the whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming from start to finish. The main pool is great, but the kids particularly loved mooching along and exploring the lazy river, spotting lots of monitor lizards too!
A special mention has to go to Looknam, who was incredibly friendly throughout our stay and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. Her warmth, helpfulness and genuine attention really stood out and made a great hotel experience even better.
All of the staff were excellent, but Looknam deserves particular recognition. We would absolutely recommend Meliá Koh Samui and would happily return.
