I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Koh Samui. The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including swimming pools, restaurants, a fitness centre, and a variety of enjoyable activities. It is the perfect place for anyone who loves a healthy and wellness-focused lifestyle.
What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff in every department. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help—especially Siri, Paul, Pla, and all the other wonderful team members whose names I may not remember.

Absolutely love the hotel really good views. The rooms were large and spacious and facilities were top notch. All the staff were absolutely brilliant but BAW stood out such a nice and friendly guy nothing was too much for him made our stay extra special. Will highly recommended Melia Koh Samui.

Melia is so well situated on the island and is only a short journey from any major towns to see the sites or go shopping. The beach that the hotel sits on is incredible. It's clean and the water is incredibly clear. The hotel was absolutely spotless and well maintained throughout, including the rooms. We had a very enjoyable stay with a lovely pool and an amazing choice of food. The staff at the check-in were very helpful and friendly and assisted us with any questions we had regarding our stay. The staff at the breeza bar and restaurant were outstanding and very attentive; Baw, Mack, Lookman and all the other staff including the chefs were top tier and truly gave us a 5 star experience and a very personal feel! Would happily come back to this hotel and highly recommend to anyone coming to Koh Samui
Me and my boyfriend stayed at Melia to celebrate finishing my university degree. I cannot fault this hotel at all. The rooms are lovely and spacious; the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and very well maintained; the beach is stunning with crystal clear water; the food is absolutely incredible and all the staff are so attentive and friendly. I want to make a special mention to Baw, Mack and Lookman. These members of staff really can’t do enough for you and they try and make your stay as special as possible. We will definitely be coming back to Melia Koh Samui and are recommending this hotel to family and friends.
