It is located in a tranquil area of Samui Island, only a 10-minute car ride from sandy Choeng Mon beach or to the shopping and entertainment area of Chaweng beach.

The staff were lovely, the food amazing and the yoga every day with Jana was amazing.
I wanted to go somewhere where I could basically be an adult baby and let go of decision-making and troubleshooting while deep-diving into my well-being. I couldn't imagine a better stay at Absolute Sanctuary. The room was spotless and fragrance-free enough for me (something I communicated ahead of time) and the atmosphere is bright, calming, and peaceful. I did the 7 day Pilates Bootcamp and it was everything I hoped for and more (and in line with what many of the other reviews say). I'm leaving transformed, inside and out. Also the contrast therapy - the surprise A++++ experience.
What I didn't expect was the kindness and care from all staff, at every turn, from service staff and guides to spa to restaurant to instructors to the wellness consultant - it made me feel like not just a guest but at home. I'm so grateful for every one of them, and I will definitely be back again before too long.
If you are looking to press the reset button, de-stress, and truly nourish your body, Absolute Sanctuary in Koh Samui is second to none. It offers a perfect blend of structured wellness programming and authentic island tranquility.

The perfect reset keeping me on track weight training to an introduction to boxing 🥊 & Pilates Lots of people in the class were different levels not intimidating very inclusive. Trainers are very patient and enthusiastic personal training with spot on going at a decent pace Food and service radio, exceptional huge menu great choice and the staff are just on point Given that his solo travelers, it might be an idea to have a dinner table. We encourage people to come join together grab something to eat just annoyed. My room was one grade up from the basic , quiet, very chilled exactly I wanted.
