Beautiful place, the food is delicious and the staff is amazing. This place is a real paradise! I really recommend to stay here if you are in Koh Samui.

This resort by the beach is the place to stay in Chaweng, villas are confortable, clear, with small terrace. Continental breakfast is really good, spa and two smimmingpools. Real paradise
We are here at SYNERGY after a problem with the previous hotel here in Samui. The structure of the hotel is very nice and well maintained, and above all managed in a really professional way.
Everything is perfect here, from breakfast, to the cleaning of the rooms, to the pool to the bar and security during the evening. It's nice to have well-kept gardens, tables and chairs always clean and staff always smiling and polite ... this is a holiday! Ah ... I almost forgot ... the location is fantastic, because the sea in this area is super clean and we are also in the centre of the village. I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to come here to KOH SAMUI ❤️ I want to enjoy the last three days of vacation here at SYNERGY ... I have to go 😊
Pros: beach utterly stunning. Air con great. Staff fab. Cons: had a connecting door in bungalow. Could here EVERYTHING, there was no sound proofing whatsoever, was even woke up by the shuffling of their slippers, yip it was that bad. No decent shampoo etc, no hand towel rail, so had to put towel on sink. Lady shower didn't have a holder that you could hook it onto therefore you had to hold the shower head with one hand. Bedding was not white or was greywhite. Pillows should have been binned, old and past their shelf life. Couldnt blow dry my hair next to the mirror because there was no plug available. Only one bedside table so hubby got a chair so that he could have a makeshift table top for his phone etc. Lighting was so poor and made the room look dank and dark. Place needed a repaint and decent lighting immediately. Could not have bedside lamp on and my phone charger on at the same time, only one plug available.
