Good getaway location
Location is superb, beach without crowd steps away from the hotels swimming pool. Very well organized, and friendly staff. Rooms do seem to be rather small but bathroom is large and well equipped so it evens out things. I would recommend this place as a good getaway for a few days

Stay
Some guests are taking over the pool area, eating and drinking in the pool, and leaving food scraps underneath the sun loungers. In my opinion, this is absolutely disgusting and extremely unhygienic. It makes the pool area unpleasant and, frankly, quite disturbing. I really think the hotel management needs to address this behavior and enforce basic hygiene and cleanliness rules.
Ordering food and eating on the sun loungers is absolutely fine if people eat normally and clean up after themselves. What is not acceptable is leaving food scraps and leftovers underneath the loungers or eating in the pool itself. This is unhygienic, unpleasant, and should not be tolerated in a hotel pool.
Vacation
Good place to stay and a lot of facilities
Great for a family vacation
Stayed at Ozo with a family of five. Pool area was used everyday with the kids, very popular. Perfect location at Chaweng beach – which was a beautiful and clean beach with white sand. We really enjoyed the stay, a lot of activities and shopping opportunities nearby. The only drawback was the rather small size of the rooms.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel in the centre. Close to shops and restaurants. All Roma had balcony but the were to small, without furniture so useless
