Great beach resort
A wery good experience. The staff was great, especially Pui, Nueng and Lyn! Best was the closeness to the beach!
Lovely well positioned hotel
Great hotel and stay at Samui. Amazing staff especially Nueng! Great location - on the edge of chaweng, away enough from the immediate hustle and bustle but walking distance. Busy hotel but tucked the boxes for us as a family and our 2 teens!

Even though OZO is a 4-star hotel, the incredible and attentive staff made our experience truly amazing.
A special, heartfelt thank you to Billy, Hili, and Anna—you are absolute champions! Along with the rest of the wonderful team, you went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Every single request was met with a warm smile and genuine care.
The hotel itself is fantastic, but its greatest asset is without a doubt the exceptional people working there. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

SMALL ROOMS
I don't usually write reviews, but felt it important to. This hotel charges top rates for rooms that are way too small, with no cupboard or storage space for your clothes & personal items. There is minimal space to sit down & relax with the bed taking the majority of the space. Upon checkout we went to claim the offered 10% discount on the food that was offered, we were treated rather rudely & aggressively by the reception lady.

Great Hotel in excellent Location on Chaweng Beach. We stayed in a Beach front Room which is exactly that... Beachfront. Beautiful Pool with clean rooms and very friendly staff
