This pleasant resort is located on a quiet area in the middle of Chaweng town around 200 m from the sandy Chaweng beach, the best one in Koh Samui, far enough to avoid the noise of the animated area. It has easy access to bars, restaurants and shops on the main road. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Samui Airport and 30 minutes from Nathon town. This is a perfect choice for those guests who wish to relax and discover Koh Samui.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages. This resort also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge). Getting to nearby attractions is a breeze with the local area shuttle (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa is fantastic and very good value for money.
It is a relaxing place (not noisy at all, considering it is close to Main st.) to kick back and enjoy beach, pool and fabulous food. The atmosphere is excellent.
The rooms are always clean and presented very well.
I found the staff are very friendly and professional.
I arrived late (9:30pm) and was picked up by the resorts car from the airport. The car was comfortable and very clean.
Upon arrival after a long flights, the reception staff were brilliant. Chai was excellent.

A hotel we keep coming back to
We have now stayed at Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa five times, and that probably says it all. Whenever we return to Koh Samui, this is a place where we always feel comfortable and welcome.
The hotel has a fantastic location directly on Chaweng Beach, while still being close to restaurants, shops and everything Chaweng has to offer. For us, that combination is perfect.
The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, the grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the beach right in front of the hotel is lovely. The staff are always kind, helpful and welcoming, and we have had a very positive experience on every stay.
One of the things we really appreciate is that Baan Chaweng does not feel like a huge, impersonal resort. It has charm, a pleasant atmosphere, good service and a location that is hard to beat.
After five stays, we can confidently recommend Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Chaweng with the beach right on the doorstep.

We had a wonderful stay at Baan Chaweng, and what truly made it special was the incredible staff. A huge thank you to the lobby team, especially Mr. Tum, Mr. Chai, Mr. Itt, the kind Momay, and everyone else whose names we can't recall for their warm welcome, professionalism, and constant helpfulness throughout our stay. We also want to give a special shout-out to the beach and beachfront bar service team—including Time, Arun, George, and everyone else. They were absolutely fantastic, always attentive, and made our days by the sea perfect. Great location, beautiful resort, and top-notch hospitality. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!
