The place ticked all boxes. MIni bar was a bonus. Although the Breakfast menu could have been varied day to day and improved.

The hotel is excellent, with clean rooms If you like the party vibe, it is ideal; however, there is also a quieter pool area.
Part of the hotel is going to be outdoor refurbished over the next few months, ready for December, including the installation of air conditioning in the breakfast room and DJ area
Two members of staff who really stood out were View and Justina View made us feel welcome and View recognised from the very beginning, while Justina took the time to have a lovely chat with us towards the end of our stay, which we really appreciated.
Once the hotel has been refurbished, I think the dining experience should be improved. However, I appreciate that it is difficult to cater both for the party scene and for guests who have not come for that atmosphere. But then they have a choice. As it is none for its party scene
We really enjoyed sitting on the beach, and I would probably say that the hotel has the best location on Chaweng Beach. Pools are nice, The menus may need reviewing, with separate menus for hotel guests and party guests. The prices appear quite inflated, perhaps because they count towards the minimum spend for those using the sun loungers by the pool as most pool party menus do as to use up the minimum spend
If you come for a relaxing time on the beach, it is faultless. The sand and sea pristine powder white and and clear turquoise blue sea, If you come to listen to music and enjoy the party, it is fantastic—it offers the best of both worlds. However, if you do not want to hear any music, you may wish to choose a different location or hotel.
Overall, it would have been nice to have been recognised more consistently as a Titanium member of Minor Hotels. When we asked for towels to use on the beach, we were asked several security questions because the staff did not realise that we were hotel guests. This can make you feel slightly undervalued as a member of their loyalty programme. So I think this falls with the management not delaying important information to the staff that makes a l loyal member feel being a loyal member of the loyalty program and that is why we stay at the GH brand of hotels world wide
Towards the end of our stay, the staff did make up for this. I only raise these minor points so that the hotel can better recognise its loyal customers. For example, as we left reception on our final night, we had a short uncovered walk to the corridor where our room was located during very heavy rain l, It would have been nice to have been offered an umbrella for that short distance. Little touches like that would make a huge difference, although overall we stayed in low season, I don’t know how high season would make the whole place look different
Overall, this is an excellent choice of hotel; it just needs to improve how it recognises and looks after its valued and loyal guests. As the party scene guest come and go
Atmosphere and location are very nice. Room are clean and comfortable. The staff is also very professional and kind.
