Great location: close to the action, but far away to be quiet for a family. 4KM walk along a beautiful beach, kayaking in the lagoon, endless ocean views Seaview villa's are secluded, spacious, clean and well-designed. Sitting in lushious grounds. Great amenities, with spacious pools, a private beach, a gym and boxing ring Multiple decent restaurants, with a good breakfast, sundowners and a laid-back dinner vibe at Sandal, and romantic dining in Tree-tops. Best of all though, is the staff, responsive, attentitive, kind, great energy Great value for money (compared to hotels that offer a similar room experience, and service levels)

My husband and I stayed at Anantara Lawana for 10 nights on our honeymoon, and from the moment we stepped through the gates, it felt like entering a lush, peaceful tropical paradise. We were greeted with such warmth by the wonderful staff and we loved the traditional welcome touches — hitting the entrance gong three times for good luck and having traditional white knotted cotton bracelets (Sai Sin) tied on our wrists. It set an incredible tone for the entire stay.

Our Pool Suite was an absolute dream. The private plunge pool was wonderfully secluded and even featured a wooden rope swing right above the water! Inside, the room was beautifully laid out with a plush, central bed, excellent lighting controls, and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom setup was spacious and cleverly designed, with double-door access leading straight out to the pool, as well as a fantastic rainfall shower.

Upon arrival, housekeeping had prepared a breathtaking honeymoon welcome arrangement on our bed complete with towel swans, flower petals, and "HAPPY HONEYMOON" spelled out in leaves. They also surprised us with a fresh local fruit bowl, a bottle of prosecco, and a delicious dairy-free treat tailored to my allergy.

The service across the resort is truly unmatched. Every staff member was approachable, professional, and genuinely caring. As someone with a dairy allergy, navigating menus when traveling can sometimes be tricky, but the team here handled it effortlessly across all the resort's expansive offerings.

A special shoutout goes to Neena, RK, Nikki, Irene, Khai, and Rida, and their teams for making us feel so well looked after!

Facilities & Highlights Dining Options: Incredible variety across three beachfront options (Thai, Indian, and International), plus the unique Tree Tops experience, dedicated cocktail spots, and seamless pool service.

The Spa: We made full use of our resort credit towards a stress-relief massage at the spa, which was pure bliss.

On-Site Activities: They have fantastic facilities, including a Muay Thai training ring and a lovely kids' club area. The resort was equally great at helping arrange local excursions as they were at assisting with our own planned outings.

While the resort itself is stunning, it’s the heart of the team that makes Anantara Lawana so special. On our final day, the staff gave us sweet parting gifts, cards, and kind words that brought tears to our eyes. Those memories will be cherished forever. We cannot recommend this resort highly enough!
