Family summer holiday
Just sitting in reception, contemplating our stay. It’s been a long time a family of 4 all agreed on what a fantastic sty we all had. The staff from the moment we arrived to depart was outstanding. They were so friendly regardless of what they were doing, around the pool, gardening, room service, the consistency was second to none. Every part of the stay was great value for money, we stayed in Dubai on the way here and what a contrast value for money !!! We will be rebooking for next year but stay for 14 nights instead of 9. The rooms were better than expected, spacious well equipped with a full toiletry supply. Keep up the good work

Lovely experience - taken care extremely well. Rose was exceptional post spa service as well.
Good stay
Main lobby was under renovation during our stay. Breakfast was decent with good vegetarian options. Although there needs to be option to dine in an air conditioned room. The breakfast area was too hot you sweat while eating so it’s uncomfortable. Rooms were good with good amenities. Staff very friendly. Onsite restaurants also good. Main pool area sometimes gets crowded.

A moment to relax
I had a wonderful massage at the spa today with Mei, I highly recommend the Thai fusion treatment in the beautiful traditional setting followed by a tea and snack at the bar with Saan afterwards.
