Holiday Inn Resort Samui Bophut Beach

I had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, cozy with beautifully designed, and had such a lovely style that made my stay even more enjoyable.

A very special thank you to Khun Kaem, the housekeeper, who did an amazing job keeping my room neat and clean throughout my stay. Upon arrival, she had prepared a stunning anniversary decoration in my room, and it was absolutely beautiful. I was truly touched by the effort and attention to detail she put into my request. I would like to sincerely thank her for her hard work and for making my anniversary so special.

During my stay, I also experienced an issue with the telephone line in my room. However, the following day, I was pleasantly surprised to find an apology amenity thoughtfully arranged in my room. This small gesture showed me how much the hotel genuinely cares about its guests. It was very touching and thoughtful, and I truly appreciated the way the team handled the situation.

I would also like to thank Khun Su at the reception for giving me such a warm farewell. She is extremely professional, especially in the way she maintains eye contact and interacts with guests during check-out. Her smile is so warm and sincere that it never feels forced. I believe Khun Su is a wonderful role model for what a professional receptionist should be, with genuine care and a strong willingness to serve.

Lastly, I’m sorry that I forgot the bellman’s name, but I would also like to thank him for being very polite, helpful, and attentive with my luggage upon arrival.

Overall, I truly appreciated the genuine hospitality and thoughtful service from the team. Thank you for making my stay and anniversary so memorable. I would be very happy to return again.❤️❤️

We had a room with ocean view, it was spacious and comfortable. The pool and lazy coconut were also lovely. The kids club was nice too, but would recommend it more for younger kids (maybe 3-6 years old). Our boys were 5 and 7, they liked the baking activities. The location is superb, just next to Fisherman's village with many restaurants and shops. We also took Grab to other locations on the island and it was very convenient. We were however disappointed by breakfast. Would have been happy to see more fresh local offers e.g. Pad Thai, Mango Sticky Rice, variety of noodle soups freshly made. Also there was a construction going in the center of the resort, so there weren't any nice options to sit outside at the restaurants and enjoy the scenery. Public beach right outfront was nice, no rocks so good for families to swim an play. However the water is not clear at all. If you enjoy clear water and snorkerling would recommend to chose different places. We booked two trips with the travel agency at the hotel both were nice (Koh Tao + Nang Yuan and Koh Tan + Koh Madsum). Overall for easy and relaxed holidays with young kids, Holiday Inn is a good option.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. We stayed for a week with our children. Although the hotel itself is nice and the staff really do their best, the ongoing construction had a major impact on our holiday.

We were informed about the construction beforehand, but the actual disruption was much worse than expected. Welding work was being carried out right next to our balcony, causing a lot of noise, unpleasant smells and a serious lack of privacy. This was especially frustrating as our children sleep for a few hours every afternoon.

On top of that, we had a full day without electricity or air conditioning. With children and the high temperatures, this was simply not acceptable.
